| markfj -> Different workouts for different body types? (Apr. 11 2008 18:38:25) | I am trying to get m head round this Heres are my stats first of all: Age 20 Height 5ft 5 Weight 12 stone Body fat ? I beleive I am more endomoprh than anything, I am quite short, carry excess fat around, thighs, chest, hips, buttocks and yet for I have quite muscular calves and arms, I can only put the muscle I have down to Taekwon-do as its the only sport I really do asprt from going to the gym now. The reason I am posting here is because I hjave read so many conflicting things for the endomoprh type body to train, i.e low itnesive cardio, high instevie cardio, small weights with high reps, heavy weights low reps etc Can anyone with some real knowledge advice me of whats best? I had a rotine in place, but working hours and now Taekwon-do again I cant continue with it so its not musch of a routine Here is an example of my working week, and would appreciate any ways yu would fit a structured routine into it: Monday - Off (Taekwon-do at 7:30 - 9:30pm) Tuesday - Off Wednesday - 9-3 then 5:30 - 12 Thursday - 9-3 then 5:30 - 12 Firday - 8 am - 5pm (Taekwon-do 7:30 - 9:30pm) Saturday - 3pm - 12 (Taekwon-do 10am - 11am) Sunday - 8am - 5pm The only days I cant go to gym at the moment are sunday becuase of gyms opening hours and Friday because I got from work to TKD Hope that made sense, thanks in advance Mark |
