hi guys can you please check and critique my ammended diet breakfast 75g alpen with 250ml skimmed milk 2 oranges and a grapefruit liquidised and an appl half hour before training whey protein isolate shake 45 grams protein post workout whey isolate shake and creatine lunch time 100 grams chicken with 300 to 400 grams salad break while i'm at work as i work evenings 120grams tuna with a tablespoon of mayon in two slices of wholemeal bread, pack of snackajacks and a cereal bar i'm thinking of adding in a protein shake before i go to bed is this diet ok guys? oh a four fish oil caps a day
