Jason was British and straight as far as I know, I actually walked past him in Stockport. I had a momentary urge to go OMG OMG UR JASON OFF DA TELLY but then realised it was sad, pathetic, and that people on Big Brother arn't celebrities, not even the ones on Celebrity Big Brother (barring Jack Dee and Barrymoore).

I haven't got time right now to do my full Day 1 writeup, but suffice to say I had a pretty amazing workout today. I'll fill you all in later...

Narrative

I missed breakfast this morning, and didn't have whey PWO, but I have managed to have that extra meal after my 6pm meal, and I've just bought the quark and options sachets to have for my prebed meal, so I'm getting there. It's not going to be easy changing my diet completely so I'm preparing to do it gradually. Having breakfast is probably the most difficult thing for me so I really need to get that sorted. My mum made an absolute mountain of sweet potato mash and steamed veg so I just had extra of that for my 8:30pm meal, waste not want not. I've just done a big shop so we'll see how my diet goes tomorrow.

Training wise, I had an amazing workout. My strength wasn't up (in fact I felt a bit weak) but I had loads of energy and I did quite a lot of exercises. I did a few drop sets and my dip strength was quite good I think, 20 reps on my first set. I really need to get a weight belt and start hanging a plate. I got a pump very early on which I'm attributing to the WMS. I drank it on the bus going up to my gym and my muscles started to feel fuller after about 20 minutes. I threw in some chocolate Crusha, but I agree, it does taste a bit like bum!

The Recreate is definately working. On the bus a sudden calm descended over me and it was like the whole world was moving in slow motion. My breathing slowed considerably (I had just ran for the bus) and I felt amazing. It was almost like having a Valium. My core body temperature seems to have been up all day as well, I've been around several people today and I've asked a couple of times "is it hot or is it just me?" to which the replies were the same, "it's just you". The Epistane obviously hasn't kicked in yet so I'm looking forward to when it does.

I've took some pictures, about 9 hours after my workout so I don't look as "pumped", but I'll upload them anyway. If you look closely you can see the veins starting to show around my shoulders and chest.

I'm not sure what you will all make of these pictures, but they're here anyway. I think you'll notice that my veins are showing more, and I think you'll also notice I'm looking broader. I still have flab on my stomach and hips, but it looks as though it's shrunk in compared to 2 months ago. Anyway, criticism is always accepted but try to keep it constructive, ta

These pictures are for comparison purposes. The first two were took in August 2006, and I was 11st 5lbs. Unsure what my bodyfat was, estimate around 13-15%.

I had my quark last night, and I put a Mint Choc Options sachet in it, and it was flaming yummy! What a treat! lol. 250gram tub, 10gram sugar and 30gram protein. Not bad!

I also forgot to mention, I received my Nutraplanet order yesterday. Fast delivery or what?! It included Anabolic Pump which I'm saving until I run DCP with Recreate, I got 200 2.5mg Yohimbine caps, which I've started today @ 10mg a day split into 2 doses. I got San Shredded, which apparently only has 10 doses per bottle?! Flaming nora, will be using it in a few months. I also got ThermoGlide which is the topical fat loss stick. Used some last night, and this morning, and it smells of marzipan! The smell is unbelievable strong, it's gorgeous!

Decided to try having my 2 Recreate @ 8am instead of just before workout to see if it makes any difference.

I'm just going to make my 50g oats+water and have some fruit!

Will be following your progress with interest mate. You look to have lost a good bit of bloat/fat since the end of the 12 weeker photos so good luck with the sub-12 goal.

Noticed your workout volume is high with many different exercises in each session. How long do you spend resting between sets and exercises? What's your philosophy with this type of training structure?

Good luck mate. Holy Jebus you have put on some mass since your original photos. Definately looking broader too! Will be interesting to see what improvements you have made if you get back down close to the bf% in your first photos.

Thank you At the end of my 12 weeker I was 14st 11lbs, and I'm 14st 10.5lbs now, so I'm positive I've lost a few % bodyfat since January. With regards to rests between sets, I typically have very little rest on the smaller isolation exercises sometimes only resting for 30seconds. On the compounds I'll rest a bit more. One of the reasons why I have such a variety of exercises per bodypart is simply because I enjoy working out. I also find that my body responds more when I work my muscle groups more than once a week, once in a big way and the rest in a small way. So for example I do wide grip dips for Shoulders and Back because I believe it works rear delts, front delts as well as your upper back, but it also works your chest as well. The only bodypart I've not managed to fit in with my other workouts is shoulders, and they seem to be my main weakness at the moment.

7mins 30secs jog 8kph, incline 0 2mins, incline 1 1min, incline 2 1min, incline 3 1min, incline 4 1min, incline 0 1min30sec

Narrative

I feel good today! Had loads of energy in the gym which I shall attribute to both my new diet (thanks TIO ) and the ReCreate. At one point on the crosstrainer I was hammering it along at 21kph! After the gym, sat on the bus going to see Jake, I just felt so good! No fatigue, no drearyness, I felt fabulous. Weights wise I think I'm not warming up properly for bench. Like I did 80kg and only managed 6 reps, then did another set with 80kg and did 10 reps, that's not right. I'm going to do pressups again next week before bench and see what happens.

I really need to sort my skullcrushers out. I'm lazy, and can never be bothered changing the weight on the bar. I did my first set on 30kg, and I should've changed to 40kg for my second set, and then maybe even 50kg for my third. Next week I'll kick my own ass and get it done. I also need to be smarter with incline db press. I should start on 30kg, second set 35kg and third set 40kg. I'm being lazy and just doing 3 sets on the middle weight.

Food wise, oh my god! How much have I got to eat! This is a 'cutting' diet and I'm eating more than I did when I bulk lol. For meals 4 and 5 I'm just splitting them in half. My mum usually does large portions, so I'm just having half at 6pm and the rest at 8:30pm. I'm seriously looking forward to my quark tonight! I'm going to randomly select a flavour, ooo I'm so looking forward to it!!

I did some ThermoGlide last night, and did it this morning too. I did actually feel some heat where I rubbed it so it definately did something, whether it's helping me to spot reduce fat I don't know lol. It smells gorgeous too, even after my shower I could still smell it. When I was jogging on the treadmill it seemed to seep from my pores and people were literally asking their friends "mm can you smell that?". Seriously, it's yummy. I don't think they should make non-edible objects smell edible because it confuses me. Like that shop Lush, the first time I walked in I picked up what I later found out to be soap and tried to lick it, the shop assisstent in an overenthusiastic manner screammed "NOOOOOOOO".

Anyway... I've just started reading Arthur C Clarke's book The Time Odyssey today, and it's fantastic.

Oh and Jake weighs 11lb 14oz, he's incredibly healthy and doing very well!

Narrative

Well yesterday was tough sticking to my diet, was extremely busy with my son and helping my girlfriend move into her new house. Was in bed at 10pm asleep! Today has been better, although my routine shifted slightly but I'm still managing to get all my meals in so far.

I've definately lost weight, will be getting checked on Saturday so fingers crossed.

Recreate is working well. My appetite is down, and I'm struggling to eat everything. Body temp is up and I've got a lot more energy than normal.

Strength is still around baseline, nothing to report really. Getting some very good pumps though.

Why are you taking so little epistane?

You'd be better off taking 40mg.

If you train in the morning take 30mg pre workout and 10mg before bed. If you train in the evening take 20 on waking and 20 before bed.

With your history of supplementation you will need more just to get a good result. The Epi should also help lean you out.

btw. have you got a new job yet?

I've ran it twice before, on 20mg the gains to sides ratio was a lot better for me. On 30mg I started gettin shin pumps and a lot more water retention. As I'm not really running it for mass gains I don't really need a bigger dose than 20mg. That's for me specifically however, other people need to run more to get the same as what I get from 20mg.

And nope, I'm not going to. Not only have I got a crap load of reading to do by September but I'm also spending a lot of time with my son which for me is more important than sitting in an office all day My family help me out financially, and I'm entitled to several grants from uni which should see me through the next couple of years.

Thanks. At first I wasn't sure about it but TIO got his bf% quite low so who am I to argue? I'm always willing to try new things, supplements or otherwise. I do feel good at the moment, I've been checking my weight and I'm sure I'm a few lb's down. I'll get bf% checked on Saturday again and take pics for comparison.

Had a good day today although I'm quite tired. Did a personal best on leg curls for quads on 140kg so I was chuffed. I'm getting some good pumps in the gym but as of yet no major strength increases. Epistane should kick in over the weekend so should have a good workout on Monday.

I'm quite happy that I've managed to stick to my diet almost to the T, my only regress was half a bounty today lol. I'm going to Gusto tonight for a nice meal so that's my treat for the week. I'm really enjoying the diet actually, I'm eating loads. I'm positive I've lost weight, fat, so fingers crossed for my bodyfat measurement tomorrow. I'm also going to take some pictures soon for a 1 week comparison. I "think" I've lost a fair bit off my love handles and stomach, but I'm only going off what I can see and what my girlfriend says so could do with you lot telling me the truth lol.

It's taking a lot of willpower but I'm waiting until next Saturday before I start the Methoxy-Trn. I want to run it for the last 4 weeks, instead of the first 4 weeks. I'm also going to be bumping my Proviron dose to 50mg. My DCP should be here by the time I begin my next bottle of Recreate, so we'll see how well they stack together. I do have a bottle of Leviathan Reloaded, which when stacked with DCP is apparently amazing for fat loss.

Woot! It's been 1 week since I last got my bodyfat checked, and I'm 16.3%! That's a drop of .7%, in a week. Don't think that's too bad is it? By that calculation I should reach my target bf% in just under 6 weeks. I'm quite happy, should I be? I've lost just under 3lbs, I'm 14st 7.7lbs as opposed to 14st 10.5lbs.
