Thank you :) I'm really happy, and the amazing thing is with the diet you did for me I'm pretty much stuffed throughout the day, in fact I had to compromise on the 4th and 5th meal and have half and half of one meal. My immediate family are amazed at the amount of food I'm eating and the fact I'm losing weight, they're actually jealous lol.

Gotta ask the question mate, with your diet now sorted is there an argument for saving the supps (bar the epi & m-trn) for later? Likely you'll cut with that diet and the meds so the additional supps could be used after pct to drive additional fat loss. Would also mean you could record which products actually worked which won't be possible as is. Photos looking better again by the way, definite progress

Photos looking better again by the way, definite progress There's always the argument whether to use supplements or not, regardless of diet. I had a reasonable diet before I took on TIO's advice, plenty of protein from natural sources with little junk food. My diet now is just 'more', I suppose you could say I'm eating 'smarter' than I was before. TIO's diet is working wonders, but diet cannot stop catabolism completely and on a cutting diet energy levels typically drop, as well as strength. Taking the fat loss attributes of Recreate aside, it has effects on energy, mood and is also being reported as increasing strength and muscle mass. So while I'm losing weight from TIO's diet and recommendations in my cardio routine, I'm also managing to not only have enough energy to go see my son afterwards but also play with him for several hours without collapsing lol. So yea, I do see your point about knocking the supplements on the head but like I said they have other properties which I'm finding extremely beneficial at the moment. Oh and I'll just mention now I actually broke a personal best today on shoulder press. So that's a new personal best, 10kg increase in strength, while cutting....

Day 8 - Shoulders / Traps *NEW PERSONAL BEST* Supplements Epistane: 10mg 9am / 10mg 9pm Proviron: 25mg 9am / 25mg 9pm ReCreate: 2 caps 8:30am / 1 cap 2pm ALCAR: 4grams 9am / 2grams 6pm / 2grams 9pm Yohimbine: 5mg 9am / 5mg 8pm ThermoGlide: 1 rub (wink wink) 9am / 1 rub (ding dong) 9pm Meals 9:00am: 50g oats mixed with milk, 20grams whey 1:00pm: Big fat red apple, 20grams whey 2:00pm: 4 chicken wings, half a packet of savoury rice, handfull of nuts 4:00pm: 4 chicken wings, half a packet of savoury rice, handfull of nuts 6:30pm: Not sure what I'm having yet, it'll be healthy though 8:30pm: I'll have half of whatever I'm having above 10pm: 250gram tub of quark, options sachet Training - *Dumbell weights are per dumbell and not total weight* 15mins crosstrainer, 11-13kph, hill setting level 14 Shoulder press: 30kgs 15r, 60kgs 12r, 80kgs 10r, 90kgs 7r, 100kgs 3r!!! - new PB!! Arnold press: 30kgs 8r, 30kgs 8r, 30kgs 6r Lat raise: 17.5kg 5r, 17.5kg 4r, 17.5kg 3r, 17.5kg 3r, 17.5kg 2r - I did the 5X5 method, not sure if I did it right though. I read on a website that you do 5 sets, beginning with 5 reps and it should be on a weight which makes you fail progressively on lower reps. I got to the set where I should have failed on 2 but I managed to do another rep. Not sure if I did this wrong or not? Wide grip rows: 70kg 20r, 70kg 18r, 70kg 15r Wide grip dips: 20r, 18r, 12r Front raises: 20kg 5r, 20kg 4r, 20kg 3r, 20kg 2r, 20kg 1r - Again I tried the 5X5 routine. Shrugs: 40kg 8r, 40kg 8r, 40kg 8r Chin ups: 3 sets of 3reps lol, was knackered 30mins treadmill, 6kph, hill setting 17 Narrative Well the Epistane kicked in with a vengeance today! First of all, I got a new PB! Broke my old PB by 10kg, and considering I'm cutting I'm very very happy. I got huge pumps in my shoulders today and generally looked big in the gym. I felt great on the crosstrainer, and even the treadmill afterwards, and I bopped to the bus stop happy as larry! I feel really pumped and I look even leaner today, I can't wait to get my bodyfat measured on Saturday I'm confidence I can get it below 15.5%. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's chest workout too, who knows I might be able get back up to 110kg again!

All sounds good mate, nice one on the shouldr press too that's a good number! TIO's diet advice for you looks really strong, I'm starting off-season now so can add some bulk but as I'm a similar size to you I'll be 'pinching' it for my own use in July and August to drop fat, get lean and get fast before rugby starts again. Any comparison you can give on recreate will be useful, have you tried Alri's venom? I only ask as I have before and do rate it, it's also on sale at discount-supps at £19.99, considering whether to get more venom or splash out on recreate.

Hmm.. it's difficult comparing Recreate to anything simply because it's quite unlike anything about, at least anything I've ever taken. Although there is caffeine in it I believe, it's a specific extract not just straight caffeine, and this doesn't give you a 'stim' feeling but more of a prolonged energy burst throughout the day. Imagine the difference between Dextrose and Oats, that's how I imagine the difference in my fragile little mind lol. I am getting a slight thermogenic effect. I've never ran Venom before so I couldn't compare. People are reporting on AM that Recreate is good to be used on a bulk to keep off fat. I dunno really, I wouldn't like to say "go for Recreate" if you don't respond as well to it as Venom but in my opinion it is a great product. The only thing I will say is its appetite suppression effects, if you need to eat a lot then it probably isn't the best thing to take. I really struggle to eat lol.

I ended up staying over at my girlfriends new house and having a potnoodle. I also had a couple of little cakes. I was determined that I would eat NO junk today whatsoever, and so far I haven't. I've even resisted gingernut biscuits, ice cream and chocolate. Training was great. Strength is generally up across the board compared to recent weeks, although I didn't break any PB's today I don't think. Oh actually come to think about it the flye machine on 90kg was a PB. I've been getting pumps in my calfs when doing the 30 minutes walking, but it's manageable. I'm looking big today, looking 'hench' so to speak. Hopefully this will show through on this weekends pictures. I'm positive I've lost more weight since weekend, the pants I'm wearing are looser than normal. I'm also looking forward to starting the Methoxy-TRN on Saturday too. I've never ran it before and I'm hoping I get the same results Taz did! I'm taking Jake to Bramhall park tomorrow. I'm optimistic that the weather will stay gorgeous like it is now. I was sat with him in the garden earlier on, was lovely

I'm feeling a little bloated at the moment but I need the toilet so I'm sure I won't be shortly Cardio was easy today. I've been getting calf cramps recently which I believe is a side of Recreate, but today I had none. I'm going to up the incline tomorrow and see how I feel. My strength is generally up across the board, although no PB's today. Wide grips were easier, and I bumped the weight up on the wide grip rows too. I got to the end of my workout and felt like I could have done more. In hindsight I should have gone back and done some deadlifts but I forgot. I'm pretty sure my weight has been steadily dropping. I'm hopefull that it'll be lower on Saturday. I couldn't wait any longer so I started the methoxy-trn today lol.

Got on the crosstrainer and I was maintaining a steady speed of 15kph for the first six or seven minutes, on an incline. I just felt so focused and energetic. I had a bigger breakfast than normal, as well as a coffee, so I'm thinking the extra carbs combined with the caffeine give me a good boost. I looked very slim this morning, as I posed infront of the mirror being all vain, and I'm very excited at getting my bodyfat checked tomorrow. Strength was up a fair bit today. I did another personal best on the leg curl machine. I actually lifted the full stack +5kgs and when I lifted the first rep somebody on the crosstrainer near me said "facking hell", which was an ego boost. I'm definately making progress with my legs, I think the upper part is bigger and is definately more defined, and my calves are a work in progress. I'll be taking some pictures of my legs this weekend, just for mick_the_brick I'm rarely having whey at the moment and I don't feel like my recovery is being affected in any ..whey.. whatsoever. I like to think I know a fair bit about training, diet, supplements etc, but I also don't have a problem with learning new things and re-adjusting the way I do things. To that effect I've completely altered my perception of nutrition concerning whey protein and supplements of that nature. At one time I wouldn't go a day without a few shakes, now I can go a few days without having one. That's the thing I love about bodybuilding, I'm constantly learning new things and trying new things and I love it.
