i think its dropped from your hips mainly mate, looks good, keep it up!

Thank you! That's what I thought, I'm glad it's not just my imagination lol. I could do with it coming off my face too, I have such a "moonface" as the guys on irc call it lol.

That may be down to the gear youre on mate.

Perhaps when youre dont with PCT perhaps try a bit of water manipulation to see what you look like dry as a bone

Do you mean taking a diuretic supplement? I've got SAN Shredded waiting to be ran.

Right. Sounds amazingly complicated. Is there something I can read which will sum everything up for me?

Tom, your progress pics are great mate... Keep up the good log

Dont mean to hijack, but just a caution to Celt regarding Venom! I tried this when the V.3 came out, it's an awesome appetite supressant, i couldnt manage more than a couple of meals a day! BUT there are some major side i personally had when using this: cotton wool mouth! mega tension headaches, felt depressed and very emotional (one day I just darted out of work, jumped in the car and brokedown in to a nervous wreck ) the stim affect is strong, I felt jittery all the time on this. Oh not to mention the loss of sex drive, my girlfriend thought i'd gone off her lol!! I still have half a tub left, which will probably go in the bin.

I'm on recreate like Tom, and really like it so far

I've had a lot of explaining to do in the past, from going to 3 times a day while on cycle, to once a week coming off. Women always think it's them lol.

I'm feeling a lot better thanks. Not a nice experience being assaulted while you hold your child but things seem to be getting sorted now, hopefully for the best.

I'm looking forward to training tomorrow, I'm gonna make a meal of it. I'm not confident I'll drop my bodyfat too much this week so I think I'll use the week experimenting with my training. I'm going to completely revamp my leg and back workout and put that into effect this week. I'm going to begin legs with squats from now on, and finish squats with a 50 rep drop set. I'm going to split my back workouts into an alternate widening/thickness workout, so one week I'll do wide grip pullups, 1 arm rows, wide grip rows etc, then the next week bent over rows, narrow grip rows etc.

Sounds awefull mate, hope everything is ok.

although quite a few of the pros do that with their back, i wouldnt say you need to split it into two workouts its defo one of your strong points mate.

Oh I didn't realise the pro's did that, I just thought of it one day lol. I like chopping and changing so I might see how it goes for a couple of weeks, I can always change back.

Strength was down considerably today. Shows how much stress and diet can affect your workout. I got my cardio done, as well as the majority of my weights. I'll do a proper update later.

30mins treadmill, 6kph, hill setting 18

Narrative

Weights were very difficult today. I seemed to start well on the bench but my strength just gave up when I got to 80kg. I felt weak all round, was shakey on the dips and my rope pulldown strength was shot to buggery. I got most of it done though so I think considering my weekend I did ok. I hope Thursday goes a lot better than this.

Cardio was fine. I lowered the intensity on both the crosstrainer (from hill setting 14 to 13) and treadmill (hill setting 18 back to 17). I just felt on the higher settings I was becoming a little too fatigued and it wasn't strictly SSCV.

Diet hasn't been too good. Had some comfort food last night but I've managed to stay ok today I guess. I don't think beans on wholemeal toast is THAT bad for you, although it could be better. I'm not expecting any major drops in bodyfat this week, I'll be happy it I can remain at 16% to be honest.

I'm spending the day with Jake tomorrow, and I think I'll be taking him to Buxton for a picnic on Saturday. He's finally going to meet my new girlfriend, a concession my ex has allowed considering the way she acted at the weekend, lucky me. I'm just going to focus on the good times I have with my son. On Monday I lay him on my bed and he was smiling and gurgling and reaching for me. It's obvious he knows who I am, it's amazing. We watched Disney's Atlantis together and he was watching it, no doubt about it. Eyes open, staring at the monitor and if I turned him around his eyes kept focus on the screen. Such an overwhelming feeling holding your son and caring for him.

Anyway. I've still been using that ThermoGlide, the topical fat loss stick. I kind of think it works. I know it's difficult to be 100% certain but I've definately lost fat off the areas I'm rubbing it. Also, today, I rubbed it in with my fingers and about 30 seconds later my fingers began to heat up and you could literally feel the heat coming off them.

Thanks guys. Today I had Jake, I tried to keep diet on track but I didn't eat as much as normal. Sarah has to go to anger management I think so hopefully she'll calm down and leave me alone.

AJ; what's refeed?

And thanks TIO. I think I just got used to breaking personal bests lol.

A re-feed is exactly what it says on the tin mate. Kinda like a day off the diet. Eat very very strict for 6 days then have a bit of a blow out one day per week. Try to stay away from rubbish, but it won't hurt to have a day of good carbs to get your body going again.
