I've had her dad sending me silly messages. It's funny how people suddenly have a "solicitor friend". He gave me a couple of links about legal proceedings which I used to tear apart his argument. I've basically told him to do one and not to contact me ever again which he's agreed to (even his own daughter hates him, useless father he is). I've been a bit stressed over it and when I get stress I tend to feel sick and not eat much, so I've been struggling with my diet this week. I think I've done extremely well not gorging myself on comfort food so that for me stops this week from being a complete disaster. I've been trying to get at least 1 meal in during the day. I struggled with breakfast this morning, couldn't stop heaving. I think I'm going to rely on shakes a bit more for the next couple of days. Things do seem to be sorted now, at least to a degree, so I just need to calm down and relax and I'll be back on track. I kind of think I've lost weight this week regardless, especially from my stomach. I'll take pictures on Saturday as usual and let you all decide if I have or haven't. I feel good, and slim, and my pants are annoyingly falling down all the time. Even if I haven't lost weight the gym has been invaluable to me this week, helping me forget about the crap I have to deal with. I felt stronger today, as well as a little lethargic. I know lethargy is a side of the Methoxy-Trn but I'm not 100% certain that it caused it because of all the problems I had. I've been trying to do this 5X5 training. I decided that I would change my back workout to an alternating width/thickness workout and because I'll be doing less exercises I figured I should up the volume. I certainly felt it doing 5 sets of wide grip dips. I absolutely love dips and after doing 1 arm rows beforehand my lats felt like they were going to explode. My DCP has arrived, well I have to pick it up from the post office. I also have the ISS multi-vit pack with that and I'll be taking that 1 pack every 3 days to make it last 3 months. I've got just over 1 week left on this first bottle of Recreate, so as from next Saturday I'll be starting my second bottle of Recreate along with my first bottle of DCP, capped TTA powder and my Anabolic Pump. I decided to stop taking the waxy maize starch and wait until I started the anabolic pump. I'm quite excited about running the anabolic pump to be honest. It's been out long enough for 'real world' reviews on it to appear and 99% of the reviews I've read were very positive.

Oh, my, god. I was so out of breath people thought I was hyperventilating, and I felt all dizzy like I was going to pass out. When I regained my breath, and composure, I began heaving and retching and almost threw up. My strength was severely sapped, and I was struggling with 100kg on the quad leg curl, when only last week I did 150kg! I seriously felt like death going 10 rounds with a smacked up Tyson. I'm changing my cardio from now on to do a full 45 minutes after weights. Today I honestly thought I was going to pass out while doing it, I was seriously fooked. Again I was struggling to eat today. Been having bouts of feeling ill all week. I couldn't manage breakfast but had a big bowl of oats at about 5ish just to get some good food down my neck. I'm going to try to eat well this weekend, but if I'm being honest I think I need a bit of a rest with strict eating. I think it's difficult sticking to a strict diet as it is, despite all the problems I've been having. Fortunately everything looks set to get better, as my nutty ex mother of my child ex Sarah met my current girlfriend Teresa today. My current girlfriend really is a stunner, and I think my ex has finally lost all hope at us getting back together. Don't take that to mean I hold looks over personality, that's just how my ex sees the world unfortunately. I'm taking Jake to Buxton tomorrow for a picnic and I really can't wait. I'll put some pics up of my body tomorrow, along with some of Jake. I'll also be getting my bodyfat checked as well. I'm not confident I've lost any, but I do appear slimmer. Just have to wait and see I guess.

oh p.s my DCP came today. OH MY JESUS CHRIST LORD IN HEAVEN!!! The caps are enormous! Biggest I've ever seen. The bottles themselves are bloody huge. I'm taking a stash pic this weekend so you can all laugh at them.

My god I'm in pain today. I have seriously smashed my legs, no doubt about it. Took Jake to Buxton and I was hobbling about like I had just been in prison for a year... I'm taking pictures either tonight or tomorrow, will find it difficult getting a bodyfat reading but I'll try.

I got my bodyfat checked last night, came back at 16.4% so an increase in .4%. I have lost some weight however, I'm only 14st 5.9lbs. I may be being overly optimistic here but I was very bloated yesterday and I think I was carrying a fair amount of water. I tried having a good dump before I got checked but it was rubbish. Anyway not to worry. I'll be taking some pictures tonight, including legs, which hurt like hell I might add.

Eff me sideways! You've got more stuff than Nutraplanet!!! Have you ever though of dropping all the supplements and just training and eating big? Surely all that stuff can't be good for you?!?

I have trained naturally this year, and then for a couple of months trying out a couple of supplements. I've approached my goal in different ways in the past, such as dieting and cardio alone. This year I'm trying it this way Anything can be bad for you mate, even surplus vitamins!

I was planning on smashing them with a 50rep dropset, starting at 45kg and dropping in 5kg increments to 25kg, but the gym was packed and as usual the pretty boys had left the dumbells all over the bloody show. If they spent as much time re-racking the dumbells as they do making sure their hair is perfect in the ****ing mirror the gym would be a tidyer place. Seriously, why have your hair gelled going to the gym? I'm all for self grooming, hey I shave my balls and chest and ass with clippers, but those guys are just nancy boys. I sometimes wish there were a crowd of big beefy bodybuilders who would just rip into them so they don't come back. Evil I know, apologies. Anyway, I kind of broke a PB, but didn't I suppose. I got the 105kg off and did 2 half reps, I just couldn't get it fully down to my chest. Cardio went well today, I ended up doing a full hour. I've definately lost fat, definately. I'll take some pics later. I've got a bloody ingrowing hair under my armpit which has caused a lump and it hurts . Diet has been "ok" today. The pizza was a "healthy" pizza although I'm under no illusions as to its nutritional value. I did my shop for the week, buying tuna and I found a cheap source of mackeral, I just hope it tastes ok. 69p for a 450gram tin! I also bought 800g of chicken drumsticks for £1.75 which I thought was a good price. I took 4 caps of Recreate today, 2 morning before breakfast and 2 after my weights workout as I began my 45mins walking. I felt a pretty big difference doing this to how I've been dosing it previously, so I'm going to change my dosing routine to 2 caps non-workout days and 4caps on workout days. I noticed a very strong thermogenic effect after about 5 minutes on the treadmill, and I sweat a lot more than normal. I have been noticing this thermogenic effect on the bus on the way to the gym, however I couldn't accurately contribute it to the Recreate because buses are generally hot and sweaty places. So the fact I was in an air conditioned area, with a sleeveless top on, I think is a good way of detecting the thermogenic effect. Chest tomorrow. I'm gonna see how I do benching 100kg, and I may attempt to go for another PB, 115kg. I'm also going to finish my flat bench with a 5X5, on 80kg-90kg (depending on how I feel), instead of my usual drop set. I'm now going to alternate my drop sets with 5X5's on my big compound movements. I also really need to start bumping my weight up on the incline db press. I always start with 30kg but can never be bothered moving up in weight. I'm also going to have a bash at dumbell pullovers where you lie down and bring it over your head, which is apparently good for chest.

Bit of a lump with a head forming. I was full of beans in the gym wanting to break pb's, but just warming up with the bar made it hurt, so I restricted myself to 80kg and just did a load of sets. Took it easy on the rest of the stuff which would've hurt it aswell. I feel like the extra 15minutes cardio on my walking after weights is having an impact. Fingers crossed I can have my bodyfat dropped way below 16% this week. I've decided to buy some body fat calipers, along with a bottle of Pheraplex, so hopefully I can get a more accurate reading of my bodyfat.

How you have the energy to make it to the gym (and then lift) on the diet astounds me mate lol How much do you spend on supps each month you reckon?

I notice straight away when adding say dextrose to my PWO shake I get fat gain, almost instantly. I've been reading about carb cycling a little bit, and ways of helping my body adjust, so I'll be looking at implementing that this year.

looking at u mate i would say u and i are quite simalar in regard to where we store fat,on the waist around the back,this is where i carry mine and i am very carb sensitive,i gain muscle very easily but shifting fat is not so easy,i love low carb diets and feel great on them,u should give it a try mate,high protein high fat low carb,i do 300 g protein,100g fat,0-50 carb per day when im cutting.

Thanks After reading the Anabolic Pump manual it completely described my body type, I was absolutely shocked reading it. I couldn't believe they hammered it down so accurately. I'm hoping I react to Anabolic Pump in much the same way some of the people on AM have. I know this may sound extraordinary but some of them have reported AP to change their body type. And I have been altering my carb intake, I have lowered it. Since lowering it I seem to be losing more fat, so we'll see how it goes. Thanks for checking out my journal mate, much appreciated :)
