Narrative

Well I had Jake today, had a really good day and his mum has calmed down a bit and stopped busting my balls, so all is good. I thought I would update considering the crappy diet I had yesterday, I didn't want people thinking I was like that all the time. Today's diet is far far better. It also represents a change in my diet since I took on board TIO's kind help. I need to cut down on carbs. I know everybody says to have X amount etc, but my body just responds unfavourably when I have too much. I'll be increasing carb intake, experimentally, when I begin Anabolic Pump on Saturday, but those carbs will come from Oats and WMS. My only other source of carbs will be from veg, I'll be cutting down on fruit.

I'll see how reducing my carbs for the next month goes. Might help, might not. We'll have to see.

In other news; I'm feeling really good today. I know I looked good because while I was out about town some girls pointed to me and said they wanted to "have" me, much to the annoyance of my ex. They also waved and tried to get my attention. They were probably muntehs, but it's an ego boost all the same. Fingers crossed I've dropped some bodyfat this week. I think I have, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I've decided to buy some body fat calipers, along with a bottle of Pheraplex, so hopefully I can get a more accurate reading of my bodyfat.

Never tried that mate, what does the bottle of pheraplex do to improve accuracy

You look to have lost fat around the waist/love handle area, biceps look really decent too

hohoho

And thank you. I'm feeling really slim today, the cardio has done wonders this week, as well as the tweaks to my diet. I also started the Anabolic Pump today, only 2 caps to get used to it, and noticed a difference straight away and I'll go into more detail in my update later on. I'm confident I'm below 16% and well on my way to 15%, I just hope my self image isn't too drastically different from reality.

Training - *Dumbell weights are per dumbell and not total weight*

15mins crosstrainer, 12kph, hill setting 12

Narrow grip pullups: 30kg assisted, 10r, 10r - own bodyweight: 8r, 6r, 5r, 5r, 5r

1 arm rows: 37.5kg 5r, 5r, 4r, 3r, 2r (very little rest)

45mins treadmill, 6kph, hill setting 17

Narrative

Today I started the Anabolic Pump, at a lower dose, so as to get my body used to it. I took the first dose at 8am, with 40g complex carbs 30 mins later. Approx 10 mins after eating the carb meal my muscles swelled up and I felt a strong pump, different to that caused by a NO product. I then took the second dose at 10am, but my girlfriends son fell over and bumped his head at school and we went to pick him up. This basically buggered up my carb intake and instead of taking carbs 30 mins after my second AP it was more like an hour. I also didn't take in a full 30g, only 15g. This was a mistake. I managed my 15 mins crosstrainer fine, but I began to feel nauseous during my weights session, and I felt a bit hypo, so cut it short. I got my bag for my 45 mins treadmill, and downed the other 15g WMS. Instantly began to feel better and I also felt great on the treadmill. Lesson learnt.

My eyes could be lying to me, but I seriously do think I'm looking a hell of a lot leaner. I'll put pictures up on Saturday as usual, along with a bodyfat measurement, pictures obviously don't lie but I'm fairly confident you'll notice a difference this week. I think my carb intake was a little too high, so cut them back this week and I'm noticing a difference already. It also doesn't appear to be affecting my training either.

Narrative

Today has been a bit of a mixed up day. Firstly I somehow lost an hour this morning, thus arriving to the gym late. I had my son today so had to have a short weights session. Even if I had the time for a bigger weights session I don't think I could have completed it anyway. I'm still figuring out this Anabolic Pump, and today the 50g oats simply wasn't enough. I'm only 2 days into supplementing with Anabolic Pump, but I'm FEELING a major difference. There arn't many supplements out there that after taking 1 tablet you can actually feel something happening. I'm not going to get my hopes too high, but I got a good feeling about it.

Diet has been difficult as well today. I forgot to take some whey with me to Teresa's (I stayed at hers last night), and I met my dad in Stockport with Jake, because he won't be seeing him tomorrow. I meet my dad every single week, usually on a Saturday, and have done since I was 12 (before that he used to pick me up every week). Now I take Jake with me, but me and Jake's mum are beginning to alternative our Saturday's with Jake. Anyway I'm babbling, I simply couldn't get any protein in my until I got home at 2pm.

Tomorrow is the first Saturday I've had to myself.... this year at least. My dad is going staying at his girlfriends tonight, my girlfriend is going to dancing on ice, I've not got Jake. So I'm going to go to the gym! I'm only going to take it easy, maybe do some benching, and I'm going to give my arms a proper bashing. I'll finish up with some sscv. I'll be getting my bodyfat checked tomorrow; I'm actually feeling quite bloated right now so I hope I've not messed things up because I was doing really well this week. Fingers crossed anyway. I'll also get some pictures uploaded.

Solid looking diet man, I can't see how you wouldn't be losing on that! What is this Anabolic pump you're using by the way? Or rather what does it do?

You're near me by the way, I'm a Macclesfield man!

Macclesfield?! Macclesfield?! Smacclesfield! My dad is from there and most of my family, as well as Buxton. He used to live in Vicky park flats.

Anabolic Pump basically shuttles nutrients to your muscles, i.e carbs, and blocks their uptake in fat. It's quite a complicated supplement to use, if you buy it download the Anabolic Pump manual. Or you can email me and I'll run you through it!

I've not had any junk today at all, and I've got a shed load of chicken to eat tomorrow. I'm also apparently having a king prawn ****tail tomorrow, minus the sauce, followed by turkey steak and salad mmm.

I'm actually feeling a little bit nervous getting checked tomorrow.

Smacclesfield? Ye cheeky bastard, though understandable if you spent a lot of time around the flats, that used to be a pretty rough area. Appreciated but I'm good, not a fan of supplements but I'd never heard of this one so I thought I'd get a quick brief on it. :P

You'll be fine man, have a big glass of water before you go to bed, take a piss before you weigh yourself and get a good nights sleep.

Ha! Nah Macclesfield is an ok place, very industrial, and everywhere you go you end up going up a hill; even if you go up a hill and turn around, you have to go up a hill to get down the hill you walked up! I went to Macclesfield just before christmas, and it was quite funny; walking through the shopping centre the majority of shops such as wh smiths, woolworths, clothes shops etc were empty, but the pound shop was rammed packed lol.

I'm going to the gym now, after a bit of a carb up, so I'm hoping I can sweat some water out or something lol.

Thanks for your kind words sir, much appreciated

I'll be getting some more pics up over the weekend, I'm absolutely convinced you'll notice a big change from last weeks pics. I can see a massive branch of veins on my left arm which I've never seen before; it actually scared me when I saw it.

I've got another 2 weeks left on the epi/mtrn. I started the mtrn 2 weeks into the cycle, at only 3.5mg a day, so they will have been ran alongside each other for a total of 4 weeks. I've since been playing about with the mtrn dosing, and have been having less on non-workout days, but more on workout days, and treating it more as a pre-workout booster.

Oooo where abouts in Cheshire? Technically Stockport is Cheshire, but we're not farmers so are included in the Greater Manchester area.

Sweet I look forward to them.

You have 2 more weeks them of good quality gains left mate so keep up the hard work.

Ya I found Methoxy Tren to work much better as pre work out supp. I used to dose 1 cap in the morning and 3 pre workout and it gave me good focus and aggression for the gym.

Riocat: In terms of gyms Stockport is ok. There is a housewifes gym in Grand Central, without bench press and db's only go to 30kg, but it has a swimming pool and sauna included in the price... There's an "old school" gym which stinks of sweat and loads of beefchiefs go there. That's pretty cheap, £18 a month, and their db's go up to something like 70kg. There's a few more here and there, and there are also Virgin Actives and David Lloyds around the place too. What I like about Stockport is the fact the town center is absolutely superb, with a historical market to compliment the good array of shops, and the whole place is surrounded practically by fields and rivers, so lots of places to take dogs for walks, or go fishing. And we're only 10 minutes away from Manchester itself. You just have to ignore the retarded chav bastards that manage to annoy you by just wearing those stupid bleeding coats with wing mirrors on them lol.

Taz: Thanks :D I went to the gym today, partly because my usual routine has been disrupted and partly because I was so psyked about getting checked later lol.
