New PB!!! Incline bench: 20kg 20r, 60kg 10r, 70kg 8r, 80kg 8r, 90kg 6r DB flyes: 20kg 10r, 10r, 10r Cable pulldown: 30kg 20r, 40kg 15r, 50kg 10r, 60kg 7r Close grip bench: 50kg 12r, 70kg 10r, 80kg 10r, Dips: 12r, 8r, 8r Kickbacks: first set on cable machine, 10kg, second+third set with dbs 17.5kg 10r, 10r 45mins treadmill, 6kph, hill setting 16 (last 5 mins jogging on speed 8, 0 incline) Narrative Woot! Broke another PB today!! Well chuffed. Not benched that much since Christmas time. Been stuck at around 100kg for a while but today I just felt strong!!! I think I've broke a PB on incline bench too, but I couldn't remember so I'll have 90kg as my benchmark for future reference. Close grip bench seemed very easy today, and I think I broke a PB on that too. I had 2 Recreate caps before weights, instead of before cardio, and it really seemed to give me an amazing boost! Diet was weird today, I've not eaten as much as I should have. No worries though, I had a fair bit to eat yesterday (and at the weekend!). I'm well chuffed with today! I've got an exam tomorrow so this has put me in a very good mood for it. Going for a romantic walk later with my girlfriend to chill me out lol.

Hmmm... Not sure to be honest. I definately have a better day lifting when I've dosed up on mtrn pre-workout but to be honest mtrn seems more to give me a boost in energy on the weights, rather an a massive strength increase. For example I can do more reps, more sets and more exercises with less fatigue. I think for 5.99 it's worth it, but I wouldn't spend a great deal more. For me I'm not majorly bothered about strength, sure I enjoy breaking a PB but my main goal is making a change to my physique which is more down to diet than lifting big. I think I'm going to try m5aa next, with my next cycle.

As in, majorly struggling to shovel food in. I just couldn't stomach breakfast, not even a shake. I couldn't finish off my dinner. I did however manage to finish off that big steak, easily 150g's, probably more. I'm also hungry now, which is worrying. I don't want to be feeling stuffed in the morning and famished at night. Anyway, I've got a big bag of mixed nuts to chew on, and a tub of quark to have shortly. Training was good. I'm really noticing a difference having 2 Recreate caps before weights, it's giving me a lot more energy. I'm not sure I'm amazingly impressed with the mtrn, although to be honest it has done what I expected so I don't know why I'm complaining. I don't think I'll run it again. I'm not bothered about strength in all honesty, it's nice and a bit of an ego boost lifting heavy, but ultimately I couldn't care less. I've had two dumps today, the second weighed about 4lbs (weighed meself before and after ) lol. My waist has shrunk a fair bit. A pair of jeans which didn't fit last week fit fine this week. I was just walking around Tesco's looking at all the cookies, chocolate cakes, discounted donuts, and I was thinking to myself; if my bodyfat hasn't dropped this week despite the flaming amazing resistance against these nice foods, well, I'll blatantly scream in someones face, whoever is closest to me. I was thinking today, since January I've hardly had any junk food whatsoever. Yea I've had a bit of chocolate here and there, had a couple of treats, but on the whole I've completely changed my eating habits in dedication to the cut and today I think is the first time I actually felt that pang, that pain, at giving up lifes little luxuries. I think my bodyfat has dropped this week. I've just been out in a t-shirt which I filled last week and it's baggy around my waist, but still tight around my shoulders. I'm sure I have. I bloody hope I have lol. I was feeling a bit bloated this morning and yesterday, I think due to the TTA kicking in, but I think I've shat it out now.

Got my bodyfat calipers today. The 3 point method had my bodyfat @ 12.5% which I think is an overly generous figure. I'll do some more takes on it later, as well as the 7 point method, and see where I'm at. I'll also be taking the machine measurement tomorrow.

Day 32 - Legs Supplements Epistane: 10mg 9am / 10mg 9pm Proviron: 25mg 9am / 25mg 9pm Methoxy-TRN: 1.5mg 8am / 4.5mg 9:30am ReCreate: 2 caps 7:30am / 2 caps 9:00am ALCAR: 2grams 8am / 2grams 5pm / 2grams 9pm Yohimbine: 5mg 9am / 5mg 5pm / 5mg 10pm Anabolic Pump: 1 cap 8:00am / 1 cap 11:30am / 1 cap 5:00pm DCP: 2 caps 8am / 2 caps 3:00pm / 2 caps 9:00pm Bulk TTA: 1g 9am / 1g 9pm BCAA-EE: 8caps 11:30am Meals 8:00am: 1 oatcake, toasted, with a quarter tub of quark, 1 oatcake, toasted, with some margarine 11:45pm: 1 oatcake, toasted, with a 3rd of a tub of quark and half a tin of tuna 2:30pm: flapjack, handful of nuts 5:00pm: chicken with salad 9:00pm: tub of quark, options sachet Training - *Dumbell weights are per dumbell and not total weight* 15mins crosstrainer, speed 12-14kph, hill setting 13 Squats: bar 20r, 60kg 12r, 80kg 10r, 100kg 5r - Drop set: 60kg 10r, 50kg 10r, 40kg 10r, 30kg 10r, 20kg 10r Quad leg curl: 56kg 12r, 70kg 10r, 91kg 8r Leg press: 106kg 20r, 141kg 15r Then my legs died 45mins treadmill, 5.5kph, hill setting 16 Narrative Well the drop sets seriously smashed my legs again. They went numb, but I didn't feel as sick as I did last time. Strength continues to be up and down up and down, I struggled with 100kg this week whereas I did 125kg the other week for the same amount of reps. The bar I used today was one of the ones which are meant to be lobsided so I'm not sure if it's to do with that. I've eaten better today. I bought a pack of 5 oatcakes from Tesco last night for only 42p, and they're yummy! They've got about 23g's carbs (less than 1g sugar) per oatcake so I'm at least keeping my carb intake higher. I'm going to start eating more quark too, in the morning. I received my CEL P-Plex today, as well as some bodyfat calipers, so thanks a lot Ian!! Amazing service, can't fault it. As I said in the post above the 3 point method had my bodyfat come out at 12.5% which I think is very generous indeed. It does say not to check your bodyfat after physical exercise, so I'll try again either later on or tomorrow. I'll also be getting pictures done and uploading over the weekend, as well as my bodyfat measurement done at Tesco's to keep up with accurate takings. The DCP is working very nicely. My stomach is shrinking fast and it's looking more defined. I'm also losing my love handles. Like last week I think I've dropped a fair bit of fat this week, so I just hope my measurement tomorrow reflects this. I'm also about to begin the last week of Epistane. For PCT I've got Inhibit-E as well as 11test. I've got some caps left over from 11oxo, which works out at I think 75mg per cap so I'll start them now. I've got a serm on hand just in case PCT goes tits up. I was meant to be taking Jake to Lyme Park tomorrow but the weater has gone a bit iffy, so it might be his first visit to the Trafford Centre instead!

Bodyfat checked today, it's at 15.3%, so a .3% drop so at least it's still coming off. The calipers have me at a fair bit lower but I'll keep on with the machine measurements.

DCP is basically TTA, PLCAR, and some other goodies in it. The TTA dosage is quite low compared to another supplement I took with it in, named BURN3D, so I bought 100grams of TTA powder and I'm capping it myself, an extra 2g's alongside the DCP. I'm very happy with the results so far, you just can't seem to buy it in the UK at the moment.
