hahaha

When I'm out I usually get a few people looking at me, notmeaning to be ego or out, think it's because of my blonde hair and broad shoulders. The t-shirt hides the flab hehe.

Snap. Whenever I get my hair cut short, I get told I look like a heavy working for the Nazi's. My family/friends are so pleasant.

Narrative

Today's been a difficult day. I've been having some major problems yet again with my ex, and when I get stressed I generally feel quite sick so I haven't eaten too well and I had to cut my weights session short. I agreed with everything she said and apologised for everything I've ever done so hopefully she'll move on now and leave me alone.

I'm feeling a bit trim, but feel bloated too so I'm not taking pictures today I'm seriously not in the mood; I'm just going to cuddle up with my girlfriend infront of Iron Man. Pictures can wait until tomorrow.

I'm not positive my bodyfat will drop dramatically this week. I should be getting an extra session in on Saturday; if I do then I think I'll have a good chance at dropping it below 15%.

Narrative

Had a better day today. Ate better, trained better, felt stronger. Yesterday's meeting with my ex I think has put my mind at rest, hoping things can finally move on now.

I ran out of oatcakes so I didn't have a post-workout meal done, which meant I went a good few hours between feeds. I've got some now so it won't happen on Thursday. My girlfriend made these proper yummy oat crunchie things today and I seriously can't wait until Winter so I can munch all day on them lol.

I'm not 100% sure but I think I'm utilizing my carbs more efficiently. It's fairly soon in my Anabolic Pump usage, however, I am feeling a change in myself. Could be nothing or could be something else.

I've got Jake for the day tomorrow and I can't wait.

To be honest my girlfriend isn't here tonight so don't really have a way of taking any, think I'll just miss a week as it's nearly time for this weeks to be uploaded anyway.

I've dropped a bloody fair amount of weight this week, especially this morning into the toilet. The TTA is working wonders. Diet hasn't been too bad today either. Had Jake for most of the day, he's so gorgeous. He just lies there laughing at you. I've never seen a happier or more content baby in all my life.

Narrative

Been struggling with "test flu" or whatever, get it usually towards the end of an oral cycle. I get loads of phlegm and I'm constantly heaving. Glad I'm coming off the epi in a way to be honest.

I'm positive I've dropped below 15% bf. Last night I felt so slim, my belly was almost nonexistent.

I pulled my back yesterday playing with Jake, it's a lot better today but affected my back workout slightly, hence the short number of exercises.

p.s. I'm having on average 4-5 dumps a day.

Narrative

Another PB today! Only a 1 repper but I thought I would get it out the way. My Epithin-E cycle ends today. I must admit I've been feeling a bit icky in the mornings this week, a feeling I commonly get towards the end of a DS cycle, so I'm pretty glad I'm coming off. I start my PCT tomorrow, which consists of Inhibit-E and 11test.

I'm absolutely positive I've lost weight this week. As usual I'm a bit nervous about my bodyfat measurement tomorrow. My weekly test has become like.... something to work towards, the whip cracking at me to keep going so to speak. I can tell I've lost weight though regardless of what my measurement comes back as, my pants very nearly fell round my ankles today on the bus, I caught them just in time. These are 32inch waist pants as well, albeit baggy ones.

I had Jake today, he's gorgeous as usual. He starts staying over at mine next Friday and I can't wait!

I'll be taking pics tomorrow, definately. I'm also sneaking in an extra session tomorrow as well. I'm going to give my arms a bloody good seeing to, as well as my forearms, calves, and abs and traps. I really need to start doing weighted exercises for my abs so tomorrow will begin my ab bashing routine. Because of my routine with Jake's mum, I have every other Saturday morning to myself now, so I'll be using it to get an extra session in at the gym, and to bash my abs about.

BODYFAT MEASUREMENT

Today's measurement is..... bearing in mind last weeks was 15.3%......

14.6%

Yea so a .9% drop in 1 week! To say I'm happy is an understatement. I think I've dropped a little muscle too, and my bodyweight was 14st and a bit, so I wasn't sure how that would affect my reading, but it seems regardless of the loss of muscle I've dropped enough fat to have a decent impact on the measurement! Bloody flaming chuffed!

Went to the Trafford Center today with the missus and girlies kept on looking at me and smiling lol. Luckily my missus doesn't get jealous. I don't really notice it too much but she kept nudging me and saying "she's smiling at you" and giggling. Was quite amusing to be honest lol. Definately a good feeling though, knowing you're appealable" again. When I started my year and a half long bulk I noticed that gradually less and less girls would smile at me etc, sounds a bit vain but it's just something I noticed. Now as each week passes I get more and more smiles. Sad I know, but I spent most of my teens and early twenties quite obese with no interest from girls lol.

Pictures will come tomorrow. I celebrated tonight with a dupiaza, chilli naan and some fried rice, and am now moving on to some Czech lager.

Congrats on the PB, especially on a cut!
Couple of questions to ask if you don't mind When you say 1 oatcake do you mean 1 biscuit (giving about 3 grams of carbs) of 1 pack (7 or 8 i think)? Also I see you prefer lower dosing, can i ask what sides you find intolerable with higher doses? The only one that really bothers me is acne.
