On push day........ (Full Version)

My right shoulder keeps taking over from my right pec. I do

Flat bb press
dips
incline bb press
Shoulder press
CGBP

Especially on bench pressing. I have no idea why, it has only started doing it for the past 2 sessions.

I tryed squeezing my shoulder blades together, lowering the weight agove nipple hieght and haven't noticed a difference. I don't understand why its just my right shoulder an not my left.

is it on every excerise, or on incline pressing? might have the bench at to much of an angle then it focus on the shoulder more.
maybe trying lowering the weight alil, do reps a bit slower and focus on your form, not saying you do but banging them out quick as pos wont help your form
