Status: offline 		i just started on some syntha 6 does anyone rate it as the taste is so nice i am having 3-4 a day and still i want more !

is this a good protien for bulking?

not tried with milk yet only water but im well impressed so far !

Status: offline 		excellent protein powder, but syntha-6 is no good for bulking u need to get truemass which is made by the same company. Truemass is exactly the same as syntha except it contains far more calories and carbs, it is just as tasty too cos its the one I normally get or if I am short of money I get Prolabs n-large 2

Status: offline 		why not just get cheap protein from www.myprotein.co.uk its just as good and costs nothing compared to bsn alot of people rate it highly on muscletalk

not sure about the true mass might give it ago though would it make me fat though?? just wanna bulk up a little

don't wanna compete nowhere near good enough LOL but as far as cheap protiens go, i think they taste like sh1t. The bsn stuff really is good quality, mixes easy and tastes great. Not getting bored of the flavour yet !

A little more info on the true mass would be appreciated. I know what it is but what sort of gains do you get? Are they quality gains or fatty gains let me know what you think of it mate
