(remembering their feeling/look pumped) 
umm duno with this one, but be carefull with stretching, i always stretch, ive gained loads of size but i got stretch marks now

snap with the strech marks.
on my bicep. and chest/were it meets the bicep
and tricep were it meets my back.
im gonna try bio oil

do u use sunbeds they work. only temp but they do work
