hey guys, what the benifit of doing tbar row and is it good for mass building in the upper back region.. what other excerises could i do without overtraining for upper back mass

t-bar rows are an excellent exercise for building mass IMO

over-training depends on the quantity of exercises and reps, not an exercise choice in general

a good alternative to them would be bent over barbell rows, seated cable rows or pendlay rows

ive never done t bar rows but i can say barbell rows are good and also some rear delt variation
