I like to get 30g of this in me before bed to keep my body from going too catabolic during sleep. However it isnt exactly a shake I look forward to! Anyone have any tips for making this easier to drink? I dont mind whacking weird stuff down my neck but with the excessive foaming im probably only getting 25g of my protein from it....though i do tend to eat the foam also heh. Cheers for any tips

I noticed the foaming too. Adding 10g of whey to it really helps

My bedtime shake consists of 50:50 MPC/WPC with semi skimmed milk - blended in an electric blender - no issue with taste or consistency.
