I like to get 30g of this in me before bed to keep my body from going too catabolic during sleep. However it isnt exactly a shake I look forward to! Anyone have any tips for making this easier to drink? I dont mind whacking weird stuff down my neck but with the excessive foaming im probably only getting 25g of my protein from it....though i do tend to eat the foam also heh.

Cheers for any tips

Add some peanut butter too it? The thickness might reduce foaming, and improve taste.

I noticed the foaming too. Adding 10g of whey to it really helps

I'll second that, 15g of whey or so is ideal IMO. Whey and casein protein is also a good combination so this works well with MPC.

^^Ditto that^^

Also a tablespoon of either flaxseed/walnut/olive oil seems to help also.

My Protein are releasing a much better mixing, less foaming MPC soon so that might improve things

My bedtime shake consists of 50:50 MPC/WPC with semi skimmed milk - blended in an electric blender - no issue with taste or consistency.
