Hi,

As far as I can tell one of the most important parts of a good diet is the inclusion of whey. So I just wondered if there is particularly good place to buy some and suggestions for how much to get as I presume bulk buying is cheaper and I am on a budget.

No, I would recommend just Whey Protein Concentrate available from any of the above suppliers.

i go with unflavoured whey from the bulk guys and add in something like crusha or milkshake powder to flavour it

itll do the job just fine and save you a few quid [;)]
