Im no Expert by a long shot. But i allways been Told to Do some Bike or fast walking on a incline over Weights, As it will targert the 60-70% Range Targeting the Fat to be burn with out comprimising Muscle Growth, Im sure i have read this in varyis places , but im not 100%. I Do a 30min Fast walk on a incline on the tread after me weights.

You can't burn fat and gain muscle at the same time.

If you eat maintenance calories, it's possible to swing between anabolism after meals and catabolism before meals which, in conjunction with proper training, results in slow muscle growth and slow body-fat loss giving no change in weight.
