have you tried box squatting ?

no but i want to start doing them over normal bck squats, do they not cause pressure on your spine when you sit down???

never had any problem up to date, the heaviest i have had was 220kg doing them.... like any exercise, keep it strict and show respect, the westside boys swear by them

It is a RAR file so you will need WinRAR to extract it and then you can open it up in Adobe Acrobat.

You can download winRAR from the web, go a google search for it.

ok i have it on my comp with the WINRAR free trial, will i be able to save it to my comp before the winrar tril runs out? or will i need to buy winrar to keep it?

You'll only need to extract the document once. After you have extracted it, you can save it to your desktop in PDF format and will therefore never have to use WinRAR again to open it! So no, you won't have to buy it.

Are you breaking at the hips first then squatting back?

Most people I've seen with depth issues tend to just bend at the knees.

I use IZArc for extracting files. It's free as well. You can use Adobe Acrobat for viewing ebooks but I find Foxit Reader much faster....
