I just got some creatine monohydrate. Do i load on it or just take it in small doses. What is best to take it with? Thanks

sorry to jump in but what sort of juice do you take it with thaifighter as I've just got some CEE creatine from MP. thanks

you don't need to take cee with juice (unless for the taste)it does' nt need a fast carb for better uptake.
