I just got some creatine monohydrate. Do i load on it or just take it in small doses.

Take it with fast release carbs - i.e. fruit juice or dextrose in a post workout shake.

This helps with rapid absorbtion.

In terms of loading, nope you don't need to bother. Loading will get your base creatine up faster...but it's a matter of a couple days...and you'll be doubling your dosage for the tiny but of speed advantage. Personally...I hardly cycle creatine...I use it much of the year, and never load.

I don't think you need to bother, it's far more important to make sure you're taking it at the right time (e.g. post or pre workout - or preferably both), and with a high glycemic drink.

you don't need to take cee with juice (unless for the taste)it does' nt need a fast carb for better uptake.

CEE has a different bonding structre than Creatine Mono so you don't need to take it with anything. It does however, taste disgusting, so I would personally take it with a very, very strong cordial drink....like ribena lol :)

With mono, I normally mix it into a pwo shake with dextrose in.
