Hello,

Ive posted a simillar question in the training section,
Is there a simple cardio routine i can do every day without equipment at my home?

The only thing i have come up with is star jumps and jogging on the spot.

Why dont you take up running? WIll mean you will have to leave the house but its free and doesnt have to take long any reason why you cant leave the house if you dont mind me asking? Another than that theres always Jordans work out videos lol

OH my word !!

first off , just try to do 100 continuous burpees

then mabie do 250 bodyweight squats

2 minutes of squat thrusts

pressups with your feet on a chair

good old basic yoga holds

continual vertical leaps - knees to chest

a 5 minute headstand

have a look at sites like

www.bodyweightculture.com
www.crossfit.com

for tons of bodyweight stuff , its ****in hard work
