There is this shop in my town that sells all kinds of ingredients and weired eating stuff (the kind where you go in in and weigh out as much as you need) The guy who owns the shop mixes up his own protein/carbohydrate drink mix to sell. I was wondering if someone could give me any info regarding if this is any good? The ingredients are as follows:

-Whey protein
-Albumen
-Whole egg protein
-Soya protein
-Sugar
-Lecithin
-Salt

Nutritional Information per 100g mix:

carbohydrate 57.24%
protein 32.50%
moisture 2.98%
fat 3.90%
fibre 0.37%
ash 0.35%
salt 0.698%
Kcal 375

He charges £12 per 2kilo. Does this sound ok?

hmmm, i will have to shop around and see what i can find. If you double up the mix do you get double the amount of protein and carbs inside you? or is that just talking silly?
