I mostly fry my salmon and turkey steaks in oilive oil. (albeit only a little)

I am trying to cut so would it be preferable to grill or is the difference negligable?

Many thanks

Factor the fats into your diet and adjust other fat intakes accordingly

Thanks AK. It's just a little difficult to measure exactly hot much goeis into the frying pan each time.

I thought grilling might rule this out, but don't want to loose the benefits of olive oil.

What do you think?

Use it sparingly if need be, but i wouldn't cut something out you enjoy. Just work around it.

use a teaspoon (or tablespoon) - that is the easy way to measure it out

or consider getting some fry light spray which is made from olive oil
