hi,

just wondering if i can add myprotein strawberry whey powder to my porridge oats before heating it up. would this be ok or would it ruin the whey?

yeh i wack it in porridge. You can even make protein bars etc with it

maybe oits better to heat te oats, then add the powder.... when I do it the other way round, it tastes funny.

Its Lurvely with your porridge in the morning!

And it wont effect the quality of the protein either.

prob the best way would be make your porridge add the liquid strawberry whey(ie concentrated- powder in smaller amount of water or milk) to the porridge and blend in.

what ever you do mix the powder with water 1st then pour over the oats dont mix the oats and powder in the bowl then add water or it doesnt mix very well

i'm loving mixing it with my porridge infact at the moment I could eat it for every meal and jst bought a huge bag of oats tonights
