dropped some winny this morning, has taken the edge off my sex drive, thank fcuk.
Some relief at last.

Came home from work expecting some fun. No doughnut. GF was asleep.
Was quite fed up so I ****ed off to the gym. Had a good session and practised loads of Polish.
Did chest with a Polish guy who was short, fat and stocky, but what a great bench.
Repping 170k, and 1 rep of 180k although he failed slightly, fella didn't even use chalk.

And some damn fine women at the gym too. If only I had no morals.............
GF spent whole day asleep.

DIET ( no need to tell me, my diet sucked ass today, virtually no protein and I missed lunch as I had to go do extra-curricular IT work for a friend)

I've decided that the solution to my problems, instead of stopping the gear to eliminate sex drive, is to abuse the fcuk out of anything I can get my hands on and throw myself into the gym as much as possible to eliminate my sexual frustration. (but still gonna dodge the prop until end of cycle)
And to push myself hard with the cardio in the mornings.
Good start to it this morning anyway.

I considered packing in the ciggys too, but I decided sexual deprivation was enough for the moment without nicotine deprivation to boot.

If I stop the cardio, please call me a fat ba$tard and insult me until I go back to it. I've really gotta shift this fat around my waist and obliques, its pissing me off big time and throws my whole physique.

Think I will shave my body soon too, haven't done that since the summer. Takes feckin ages tho
Have melanotan in my safe, but will probly only use half bottle as I react very strongly to it.

You know what they say, no pics no proof. I will abuse you (within reason) as much as possible if I see proof you are indeed a fat barsteward!

Anyway that is a good technique let frustrations out on the weights and cardio, at least you will be knackered afterwards to care about any sex drive!

Must have been a combo of the Gaba and all the hard training.
And the fact that i've abandoned the prop too.

1 hour on x trainer, 800 cals burned, AVG HR 166
Hard to breath at times due to bloody smoking

My t-shirt was completely drenched at the end of the cardio, haven't been that wet from training in recent memory.
Looked like I had stood under a shower

No, amateur bodybuilding mate, supposed to be the 12th September iirc, but not 100%, I will find out for you.

one my friends won the "rose of tralee" one last year in limerick (yes im ashamed to be seen in public with him). He is doing well out off it though with some modelling etc1

Ah not till september, im sure ill hear plenty about it before then! ill be just coming back from a six week holiday the week before it so ill have a perfect colour for the stage........if nothing else after 6 weeks of drinking and eating!!

Had a bad row with the gf today. This time it was I who started it for a change.
Shes lucky I love her so much cause it really would been easier to walk today and I was thinking about it.

Anyway, later we went to a Georgian party and there was an Italian girl there who was all over me, grabbing my arms, joking saying she wanted to swap boyfriends.
The GF got in a tiff and said I was hers
I'm sure you can work the rest out.
Probably the last time I will see sex for another month, so had to make the most of it

Fat seemed to be way down this morning. I pigged out a little yesterday, nothing savage but a bit.
Cardio this morning seemed really easy, couldn't understand what I was doing wrong, then I clicked it was probably because I wasn't using DNP.

Still a fair bit to shift, but it doesn't seem like such a huge task anymore.
I feel odd as I shaved my body entirely on Friday, looking a little more defined and a little more 'milky' than usual

Was in at bodybuilding shop over weekend to buy protein, but they didn't have anything worthwhile in stock, just garbage

Working on helping the GF with the diet as shes fairly depressed about her weight and her constant depression is making me depressed myself.

1 Hour cardio, AVG HR 146, Cals burned 800 - I increased the intensity after 20mins and it still seemed too easy this morning, perhaps because I ate plenty carbs yesterday.

Took waist measurment last night, a shade under 40inches, quite good for me. I have veins coming out from my hips now, 1 or 2 showing up around shoulder, and depending on time of day and light, I can see top two abs. But love handles are still unbelievable. I'm sure they'll be the last to go. Fcukin bastards
Jeans are starting to feel a lot looser.
Legs have atrophied a lot

Was knackered tired this morning, only got 4 hours sleep last night.
Finding it a little hard to get to sleep lately.
Anyway, thought I would go back to bed after dropping the GF to work, for a lie in before I went to work myself, but I forced myself to go for cardio.
Motivated enough just to push it and get rid.
No ephedrine today though, I know I would pass out at work later.

Oh yeah, I'm fcukin hungry today, especially after cardio. Maybe thats because I didn't take the fish oils.

CARDIO
=====
1 Hour cardio, AVG HR 144, Cals burned 750 - tired today after training yesterday

2 sets of 20 weighted oblique crunches per side


Diet: (been eating a lot today, hungry!)
M1: 0630: 2 medium sausages
M2: 0930: chicken baguette
M3: 1100: 1 pint skimmed milk
M4: 1230: 1 banana
M5: 1330: 1 bar choclate (blood sugar was low and had a serious craving for this)
M6: 1500: 1 plain chicken breast
M7: 1615: 200g light cottage cheese
