Thursday
======
Woke up at 4am last night, and was ready to kill with hunger and ate all round me.
Drank 1 litre of sugar free cranberry juice without a break.

Felt like a right muppet this morning after all my hard work, but at least it doesn't seem to have done any damage.

Next week, I'm going back to split training. This method of upper/lower body isn't great really.

Have you knocked the DNP on the head mate??

That could ramp your appetite up...

Yea Mick, only ran that for 5 days. Was really good stuff and noticable fat loss after the water went. Didn't notice anything happen with my appetite.
I thought Clen may also be affecting appetite so left it off too.

I honestly don't know what could be causing it.
I think I need to increase my water intake a lot anyway, because I seem to be dehydrated a lot, despite trying to cut back on salt etc.
Also been having night sweats for the first time in a long time.

Both mate. Sugar craving yes but not drastic, could feel my blood sugar was too low on Tuesday tho and ate a large bar of choclate 1/2 at lunch, 1/2 after work - something I would generally never really do, given that smoking tends to kill my sugar cravings.
But especially things like bread, cake, eggs, pizza, chicken, burgers etc..
I even noticed I'm hungry after the gym - usually I have to remind myself to eat after the gym.

But the worst is when I wake in the morning.

Maybe just a coincidence, but I noticed this happening first on Tuesday when I stopped taking the Fish oils in the morning.

I checked my waist this morning and there was no change, and physique actually looked a little sharper than usual when I woke up.
Normally if I ate carbs like this, I would be bloated worse than the Michelin Man.

I have the same thing with fish oils mate

Take them first thing in the morning and in the night too, they regulate appetite for me ive found

Youve been depleted and youve carbed up somewhat, plus sugar free cranberry juice isnt that carby anyway, so dont worry about it that much

I honestly couldn't put a figure on it. I generally drink throughout the day but don't monitor it.
Perhaps I need to start monitoring it?

On Sunday, I filled a jug with water - about 3 or 4 litres, and drank pint after pint over the course of 20mins, I was that thirsty.

My height is 6'1 or 6'2 and my weight is apprx 113.5kg

I'll try taking them in the nighttime so mate.

Not worried about the sugar free cranberry juice, it was all the other crap I ate that pissed me off - and 4am to boot .

I just ate over half of a large steak about 40mins ago, and now I'm hungry again.

Ok, will start by loading up on water and see how I go.

Have been banging down the water hard as I can. Starting to feel a bit better.
Have been eating a lot though.
Personally I can see it around my waist, a bit of extra fat on the obliques.
On the other hand, I'm being told my arms and upper body are looking bigger, so maybe that split training wasn't so bad after all.

Yesterday my mood was very poor.

Was at a wedding Friday night, but didn't drink, was driving.

Hoping to get back to the cutting tommorow.

Hi mate,
I was hypo monday, so I took Tuesday off work. Have felt a bit better since then.

Getting to the point of feeling burned out gradually.
Thirst thing has calmed down a pile, some sugar cravings but nothing like last week.
