She wanted me to go to the docs with her this morn, told her I was going to work.
She can be responsible for herself for a change.
I gave her a lift and she didn't say bye or anything.

She didn't believe me yesterday when I told her I was serious about ending the relationship if things didn't settle down.
This morning, I told her there was gonna be no Russian Satellite/no Russian TV.
Told her I cancelled it and I won't be paying for that when the chances are that our relationship isn't going to last 4 weeks - if she wants it, she can get it for herself.

Dropped a bombshell on her to say the least. She was in thought after that.

I still reckon the relationship is probably over, but we'll see.

For now, i'm taking a break from the board for a while.
Requesting to have my account tempoarily locked.

Need to focus harder on my job, cause i've been slacking with all this drama at home.

Need to get my head and this situation sorted out.
And have to stop venting my frustration here and either fix/finish this relationship

Thanks for all your support
See ya on the other side

All the best mate.

As usual if you need to talk outside the board, you have my email.

Get your head sorted, it will take time, but it will be worth it.

Good luck.

Monday 19th May 2008 - Day 1 of 42
========================
Smoking much less now. On my way to quitting i think.
Tired of it. Lungs were very sore today after I did rowing and the stair thingy.
I think my foot is better, so I'm back on the cutting boat as of today.

Mass wise, I've gone too big, I've been told it and I see it myself.
My neck, traps and shoulders are massive, and its embarrasing at this stage.
Folks gawking at me when i'm walking round town with the wrong t-shirt on.

I found a new gym today only a few mins from where i work, so i can nip off at lunchtime to get in some cardio.
Trouble is, its closing on the 29th of june.
So I have 6 weeks to shed a nice bit of fat.

Week 1 is gonna be a climb up, should be into full swing by week 2

TRAINING
========
1pm: CARDIO: 1 hour at lunchtime
6.30pm: CARDIO: 1 hour after work

DIET
====
0930: 75mcg t3, 6 fish oil caps, b complex, 2 x vit c
0930: 1.5 sausage, 1 slice brown bread
1300: 60mcg eph
1630: 1 scoop nitrotech
1700: 25mcg T3
1800: 60mcg eph

BTW, my account is again unlocked, but I'm doing my utmost to restrict myself to the proggy journal.

Will need yer advice for this cut.
It has to be a good one or I'm throwing in the towel on training.

As lean as I can possibly get mate.
If I gotta give up eating, so be it.

Prepared to do just about anything really. (I will be receiving DNP before the end of the week)
I might even finally put up a couple of pictures!

p.s. thanks for the mail bro

Save the rat poison for when the going really gets tough

Youre gonna lose strength, youre gonna feel light headed and you are going to hate me and love me at different points of the week

Send me a email, i wanna forward you something, read it and let me know if you wanna try it or not

Tell me, what you can do in terms of exercise, whats your current intake and do you have a current pic showing what levels of BF you have?

Let the game begin

edit: replied mate with info you need. Spend a day or so reading it and get back to me

Welcome back Dan. I'm keen to see these gigantic shoulders/traps. If the photos come out dark, take the flash off. Might work a bit better.

What's your previous experience been with cutting?

Do you not think you're maybe doing too much too soon in terms of tools at your disposal for the cut. By this I mean:

DNP
2 hours cardio a day
A massive reduction in calories

Is the intention to cut for 6 weeks only or to see how things look after 6 weeks and make a decision from there? If you go for longer than 6 weeks you'll have used up all the methods available for pushing through plateaus so further fat loss will be that much more difficult.

Will you also be weight training still?

Previous experience with cutting = I spend most of my time 'cutting' but never really getting anywhere. i.e. I go 3 weeks forward with good progress, then something happens at home and I get sidetracked for another 3 weeks and back to square one. I think I have done 1 proper bulk in my life, that was in 2002.

I have done a very successful cut in the past using a method I pretty much made up myself from different things I had read.
http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_160284/tm.htm

Whenever I've cut since then, I tried different methods. Usually my best cutting has been through periods of high stress where I just can't eat such as the latter 1/3 of 2007.
This time I'm just going to go back to the method that worked for me back in 2004 and that seems to have worked for people like Locust in his journal etc.
In other words:
Burn much more than I'm eating and forgot about all the fancy science which overcomplicates things.
I just want to keep it simple here - sensible hard work and nothing else.
If I get to a low bodyfat where I will hit a plateau and I'm still interested enough in training to keep plugging, then I'm going to use the thingy which iopener has showed me.
In saying this, I'm not saying I don't want anybody's advice.
I certainly do, that is the whole point of this journal.
But I just don't want to even dream about things like Ro-cho etc., I just want to keep it simple and kick me in the ass if I am lazy, or suggest I increase my fish oil intake or whatever, you know what I mean.

I don't really care about losing a bit of muscle, I'm certain that I will lose some.
After some reflecting, I have realised that I am big but also I'm lazy and fat.
I keep getting bigger and bigger without making any huge effort. But I don't NEED to get bigger. Except my arms.
I'm plenty big, I just need to get leaner.
If I lost muscle and just got significantly leaner, I'm sure I would look 200% better and I'm positive I would be 200% happier.

Too much too soon - very possibly. But I'm very much a 100% or nothing type of person.
The plan is 6 weeks of cutting ONLY. Then stop. The thought of a 12 week cut makes me suicidal as its so boring.
I would rather work harder for a shorter period of time and get it out of the way.

Knock the gear on the head. Possibly for good after this but definitely a long break
Knock the meds on the head. Likely for good after this.
Do a long ass PCT.
Let my hormones go back to normal, try to remember what its like to think like a normal person and not let my entire mood for a day be dictated by how I look in the morning when I look in the mirror, and always thinking about the sex that I'm not getting anyway.
Maybe throw in the towel on bodybuilding and find something new to put my energy into. A sport or something.
Or maybe just do things like circuits and focus on general fitness.

I'm just tired with the bodybuilding thing and tired of most other things too.
I've gotten to the point where I'm so fed up with things in general that I am really going to make a change, and I know that I am going to do it.
This cut will start the ball rolling in terms of change and I will see where I go from there.

Will I still weight train?
Upper body - yes. Lower body - No.
Frequency - don't know - maybe once or twice per week.

erm, don't read the above as 'Dan is feeling sorry for himself'.
read it as 'Dan is fed up and is ready to change and is finally getting his fat ass in order'

its mainly over at Sugden mate. Also post in his Journal over here and ask to see his progress pics, he went from fat powerlifter to mean lean fitness machine. One hell of a transformation if you ask me

Im somewhat shocked that your gf could say such a thing to you, thats beyond harsh and cold

I think if someone said that to me i would really heavily consider bagging up her stuff chucking outside and telling her to get out
