i cant really understand drink problems, as i never really drink myself, but i know how hard some close friends find it not to drink, so i just wanted to say to all you guys trying to stay off the drink, good luck with it and full respect for aknowledging a problem and trying to change it

I had 3 beers before today's game against WBA.Came straight home without picking any up from the offie.Pleased with myself.

Cheers mate. I had a few more than 3 yesterday but feel fine today and not even contemplating drinking.

Been drinking only every other day since Saturday, so am finally seeing some improvement

Plan is next week to go to every third day, and so on

I Feel of the wagon on Wednesday 3 Bottles of Rose-a and bottle of vodka been clean for 12-14weeks which is a let down.

Aim to truely stay clean now :) Went out last nite and didnt even want to drink, Was on water! Good old H2O allnite. So good start :)

PS : Dude sorry to hear aboout that mate , as abvoe its understandable. Thoughts are with you,

As ive said whats done is done just wake up tomorrow and stay SOBER for that day the rest will take care of itself just get yourself through that day.

It turned out good used it as a excuse to brake up with the GF i had been seeing. lol

I know but i now know Boozzze just aint for me. i Would rather eat a treat meal instead :) or just eat.
