i cant really understand drink problems, as i never really drink myself, but i know how hard some close friends find it not to drink, so i just wanted to say to all you guys trying to stay off the drink, good luck with it and full respect for aknowledging a problem and trying to change it

Sorry to hear you are having a tough time drab4.I know how you feel,i have been there myself mate.Congrats to every one else who are sticking to their goals.
I had 3 beers before today's game against WBA.Came straight home without picking any up from the offie.Pleased with myself. 
Take it easy at the FA Cup Final Cardifflad mate.Hope you win mate.

Cheers mate. I had a few more than 3 yesterday but feel fine today and not even contemplating drinking.
If we play like we did yesterday then we have a chance but we will see. Hope the big players turn up on the day.

Been drinking only every other day since Saturday, so am finally seeing some improvement
Plan is next week to go to every third day, and so on
