Dear MT users,

I am trying my best to train under extreme circumstances, can you tell me the simplest diet i can do each day regardless of pressure?

Im 13 stone and just want get to 14st.
My life situation is very dificult sio just need somthing easy to prepare.

What do you mean "under extremes" mate? Extremely short of cash? Extremely harsh employer? Extremely busy? Eating big doesn't have to be difficult. I'm very lazy so its a case of frying a load of meat and boiling up some rice and jobs a good 'un. Frozen veg can be done in the microwave. Tinned tuna is a simple and cheap protein source.
