Nelly is just small. Anyone can get that physique with steroids, piss easy.
He's probably curling 8kgs ffs.

Those second pictures of Nadal are blatantly altered. As for the first, and last pics - he's a sportsman no? Makes sense that at different times he'll look different. Plus if you factor in lighting, angles etc there isn't a huge amount of difference.
Gear is not the be all and end all of every change....

Nelly is in decent shape. I was quite shocked at how much Ja Rule had gained in his last video. Seems to be the thing to do amongst rap circles at the moment.

Yeah he's in good condition, but he has no extra mass that any newb couldn't gain within a few months training.

I wouldnt say his delts are sh1t but proably not quite proportional in size to his arms. Hell I wish mine looked like that though!
