well there isnt anyone i know that is as weak as his lifts that has body like that i bet nelly is stronger

Looking at that video he does have some good well developed arms. Thick biceps and good triceps jutting out from behind in most shots. Anyone saying that he has poor development or a newb could add that mass in months is talking nonsense.

at the end of the day if a member posted up that body in their journal they would be getting praised but because hes a celebrity hes getting flamed for not having a perfect body, i'm sure he's worked as hard as anyone to achieve his physique, this always seems to happen on here...

Im doubting the guy has a better physique than nelly,but by way of his posts i was assuming he had,but to say nellys physique couldnt be achieved with those lifts is ridiculous.
Ive seen guys who have just as good a physique than nelly and bench 70-80kg but then they weigh 10-11 stone.

I think he looks good and agree with si1990. He may have taken steroids, but then again so do alot of people on this forum and if I was to start slating them for juicing I'd get flamed left right and centre.

nelly has always been athletic, in college he was the american football player of the year, was offered a trial for the nfl but decided to go with music, still plays for charity games now and usually wins.
dr dre has got imo massive, looks good, more rappers are getting the size band wagon goin, 50 cent, timberland, ll cool j are all farely big, 50 cent says he has to train and trains 3 times a day cos if he dont he start to go fat, his words too, now i dunno if its the 'juice' or not that makes em huge, or the fact that most black americans eat 300 chicken wings a day . and rice and peas lol.
but i think the most inpressive change has to be craig david, hes lookin well imo, maybe not the best body but best change

LBM - your posts remind me of a convo Gaz and I had recently; it seems to becoming common on MT thinking crazy **** is achievable, and good physiques are actually trash. It's just rediculous. He's not a mass monster, but he's deffinatly bigger then then what could be "achieved by a newb in a few months". That's just a joke

Agreed, makes me laugh how many people say that physique is attainable in so many months, none have one to match
I honestly doubt there are more than a couple of genuine naturals on this site who are bigger

Agree with Ridley again.
He looks good, his arms look better than mine.
My arms are a paltry 15 even though i can dip +60kg for 6 good reps and 6 rock bottom chin ups with +30k.
I do not say the above to blow smoke up my own ar$e, i am trying to emphasize Nelly is probably very strong at that kind of development.
To say he curls with 8k is laughable.

I swear people get small mixed up with **** physique. I really do.
I'm not trying to achieve the look of an Adonis, so no I don't look as defined as Nelly does. I am trying to drop fat as I looked a proper fat git a few months ago. I'm attempting more strength over muscle, but still want decent size. You can take the piss out of my lifts all you want, but when you're saying he's on steroids, you're having a ****ing laugh.

Is that in reality or just tabloid reports ? it certainly looks plausible from that picture .... But then it also looks like his left ear is 3" larger too

It would not be wise to completely rule out the theory that Nelly and other entertainers take performance enhancing substances for quick fix changes.
Steroids are not exclusively reserved for mass monsters like Gareth Gates and Gary Rhodes.
