Possibly a little bigger, but you can't say it's down to steroids. If I'm not wrong steroids don't = definition. I'd just expect him to be much more bigger if he was taking steroids and on a good diet.

Performance enhancing drugs can = definition.
Maybe he does not want to be huge, just add a few pounds of muscle in a short period of time (for shooting a new video perhaps).

It does irritate me a bit when somebody slates a physique and then states 'Any newbie can train for a while and look like him'. Total rubbish, it would take a newbie years to get like that, unless they had above average genetics and started out with a very good knowledge of the ins and outs of bodybuilding and diet. Some people are just deluded.

does anyone remeber the little fiasco with that 'can i achive this naturally' thread and a pic of that guido (fake tan, italian, etc)?
some people on this site i think are deluded or havnt spent enough time training in the real world.
funny how everyones physique is attainable in a year/ for a newb etc but no-one produces the goods eh?

I'm most likely over exaggerating when I say a newb can achieve his physique swiftly.
This will be my last post in this thread as it's pointless dragging it out anymore.
'I' see him as small and not taking steroids. Other people see him as taking steroids because he has money. Almost everyone can afford them, it doesn't mean they're juicing. He hasn't done any proper albums since 2004, except compilation albums until 2006. Are you telling he can't improve his physique within 1,2 or even 3 years without assistance of drugs? He's not been in the spotlight for a while and he's mostly shirted up and most single covers aren't of him and when they are (grillz 2005) he's shirted up.
I never said he had a ****e physique. I admire him for maintaining and improving.
DO you think they photoshopped him smaller?

he did a video in 2007 'nasty girl' and he was shirtless...he looked like he had a decent physique then, but in both the pics posted he doesnt look anywhere near the size as he is in his videos

I think Barbuda's(?) progress shows what can be achieved in a relatively short amount of time unnassisted.
You're quite clearly not going to become 18 stone with abs, in a year (or even in your lifetime), but from skinny/very out of shape to approaching Men's Health cover physique seems do-able.
Certainly not easy, definitely not achievable by the majority, so massive  for the achievement.
