is it just me or has Nelly Been working on his arms hardcore?
check this vid, look at his arms from 58secs....his arms look cut and really big

He's been working out for years I think? He's always had some shape to his arms and shoulders etc (unless I'm getting him mixed up with another of those American pop rappers)
I think he just maintains a look which he deems fashionable. Some muscle without getting too big. He also has abs, surprise surprise lol

Yeah I remember reading an interview with him back in my school days, about how he does 1000 pushups a day, and that everyone should try Musclemilk & eat lots of fruit. Seems to have worked quite well lol

Looks well, I have it on good authority his bicep routine consists of pulling his pants up every other day, three days a week.

You wonder about some of these guys,i knew nelly always had a good toned shape with decent size arms,but they did look a bit more pumped in that video,but i thought when watching it that nadals arms were probly bigger.

But then this one makes me wonder,it seems as if these guys are juicing some of the time and there arms looked pumped and then other times the look fairly skinnyish.
