Hello everyone. Im starting this journal to track my progress after my injury. I am 20 years old, 185 lbs, about 17% bf. About seven months ago I tore my rotator cuff. Now, after seven months of physical therapy, and significant strength and size loss, I'm back at it.

I am going to bulk for some time right now to get back the size i once had. Hopefully even more! Im double checking my bulking routine and diet so i start off again on the right foot. Wish me luck!
