We use Royal Mail 1st class for smaller stuff - bottles etc. - and Parcel Force Standard (usually) for larger parcels.
I say usually, because sometimes I upgrade it to first class if it's a mid-weight parcel and 1st class will get it there faster for not much more

what price would you be able to sell biotest spike at mate no rush i know your probably busy , just interested as ive not seen it anywhere else apart from jm nutrition.

We have 1 pack of the 16 still left in stock - to be honest, it was a bit of a crap seller so wasn't going to buy anymore. I can give you that for 9.99 with postage included.
If JM are cheaper, put the link up and I'll beat that.
We do some great deals on the Hot Rox btw if you're into Biotest stuff.
Edit: JM's price is 11.49....  I should have asked for more lol :)

We only do branded sups, so couldn't give you an exact quote on 1kg. We do carry the CNP glutamine and SK Sports Glutamine. The SK Sports one is cheapest at 15.97 delivered for 300g. Here's the link:
