Guys,

i did my legs and shoulder workout yesterday and last night started to get a ache in my left wrist.

All i did for shoulders was

Standing military
Seated DB press
Front raises
Side Raises

Today my wrist is aching even more than yesterday, does this mean im out of action for a few weeks?
What can i do to relieve the pain, or get a quicler heal?

Its so annoying as i do chest and triceps on tuesday and back and biceps on thursday, how long does it usually take to heal?

I am thinking of getting gym gloves with wrist support, but want to make sure that they actually help, so i can get them and use them moviing forwards

maybe your holding the bar wrong which puts pressure on your wrist? if the bar isnt directly above your wrist/arm and your hand is leaning back then this will hurt your wrist
