Mega dosing fish oil ED What do you hope to get from this ? How do you dose it through the day / how much ? What brand / type and where from ? I got the idea from the thread going in the supps section about mega dosing fish oil and BCAA's but Im not doing the BCAA's, i aint rich , Hoping it will help me with my cut and always found fish oil helps my dry and spotty skin so maybe more of it will help improve my skin! http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_2607663/tm.htm Not fully decided on the dosing yet, probably go for 10ml 2x per day, one with lunch, one with dinner as I have my krill oil caps with breakfast. and a couple of omega 369 caps before bed with my peanut butter and milk. Got it from MP http://www.myprotein.co.uk/capsules-tablets-softgels/omega-3-and-fish-oils/omega-3-liquid-(strawberry)/ But I know people get it from ZipVit and I think it might be cheaper. The MP one just tastes like strawberry oil, not a chore getting it down by a long way

Todays Training AM - 10mins X-Trainer (warm up) Stretch 10 mins bike 22 mins treadmil stretch PM - 40 mins 5aSide Football First session was just nice and steady because I knew I had football in the evening. Unfortunately made a big schoolboy error. Been doing the 'no carbs after 6' thing but forgot I should have still had carbs tonight because of football. I was running on empty, we didnt have a sub so I was pretty much sprinting up and down the pitch for 40 minutes. I was nearly sick so many times and I bet if I had a heart monitor on it would have been over or very close to 200 at quite a few points When I got home I felt ill and my vision started to go blurrey and was still heavy breathing. Quickly made myself a isotonic drink with some sugar and salt, then had a banana and sat down for a bit. Then when I got out of the shower I had a large chicken salad and a wholemeal pitta and my fish oil. Feel much better now What a muppet

Hi mate. You take a good back shot. What made you go for the 10x10? What advantages does this have on a cut? How much time do you leave between each set?

Tried quite a few different routines and fancied a change. No idea what advantages it has on a cut, but it certainly burns, and works my strength endurance! Try to leave 90 seconds or less between sets Todays Training Squats 5x10 60kg 5x10 80kg BB Bench 5x10 60kg 5x10 50kg BO Row 3x10 40kg 7x10 30kg BB Curls 3x8 Calf Raises 3x25 GOD 10x10 of squats was boring and boy do I hate 10 reps. Lifting light sucks ass Like the routines but gonna change the set and rep scheme slightly. Possibly 10x8, or 10x6. I just enjoy lower reps more. Think ill alternate between DB and BB aswell just to keep it interesting. Think ill go for a swim tomorrow

Todays Training 40 mins swimming, mix of strokes. Now i remember why I havent been swimming in ages, cos I suck at it Think ill stick to the cardio in the gym! lol I think with this diet im eating more than I was before! I know my diet has always sucked which is why i dont put mass on very quickly and always stay relatively lean. We'll see after a few weeks if we can see any changes

I've seen a lot worse. I think if you swapped the bread for something like WM pasta or basmati rice you might do better. Beans aren't too bad but can contain a lot of salt and sugar in the sauce. Do you weigh your food out at all?

I dont usually have beans but I was rushing about before work Thanks, ill try to add in the WM pasta/rice where I can instead of bread. I like the stuff so it not exactly a chore eating it Never really measure out my food, But I try to make sure I dont have more than 90g carbs and 60g protein per meal. Does that count

I'd say 60g protein might be a little too much. Pop something up in the diet forum mate as I'm still learning on this front but someone like James, oOogazoOo or TIO will give a lot better advice than me. End of the day, you're really good shape now so with a few minor tweeks you'll look killer for the end of the "nymjam" cut

Yeah im gonna be careful. Its chinese clen at 40mg tabs aswell so gonna get the pill cutter out. Not jumping up that much each time lol! Il start at 20 and work up 20mg each day on the first week and see how I get on. Ill probs split the dose aswell. One in the afternoon and one before bed to prevent seeing the sides. Ill just have to see how well I sleep on it.
