For my clen use I use before morning cardio. If it's your first time then build it up by 20mcg per day. So at the end of the first week you'll be at 140mcg per day and then run at that dose for the second week. 140mcg might be a bit much for some but I feel fine on it. My body seems to absorb chemicals (and bloody carbs) like a sponge!

I'll prob start on 80mcg per day on my clen cycle.

Lol nice!

Yep, just gonna be playing by how I feel. Dunno if ill want to go as high as 140 though.
So after the 2 week break do you jump straight back in at 140? I was gonna start back on 80mg and work back up to 100 or 120?

Yeah I just jump straight back on. Prob not the best thing to do but I've always been ok so don't see a prob. Not used any for a while though so will taper up this time round

DB Shoulder Press
1x6 - 16kg's
1x6 - 20kg's
6x6 - 26kg's

Machine Shoulder Press
3x8 35kg

WG Chins
8x6 at bodyweight

Straight arm pull downs
3x8 - ??

Deadlifts
1x6 60kg
1x6 80kg
6x6 110kg

Crunches
2x15

Plank
2x30s


Much prefered this to the 10x10 I was doing! Kept rest to 90s between sets but obviously was lifting heavier because of the reduced reps.
Also because I had redcued the sets and reps from 10x10 to 8x6 I added on another couple of exercises at 3x8 just to do that little extra. Felt like id actually done a workout today! Before I was just getting bored of waiting for the burn to kick in on the 7-8th set

Think ill stick with this and the other routine will be something like -

Squats 8x6
Lunges 3x8
BB Bench 8x6
Incline DB bench 3x8
BO BB row 8x6
CG Cable row 3x8
Calf raises & Abs

Cardio in the morning then off to newcastle to watch the uni gymnastics comp and hit the town afterwoods woop woop

Todays Training

Flat DB Bench
1x6 - 20kg's
1x6 - 30kg's
6x6 - 36kg's

Incline DB Bench
3x8 - 30kg's

Wide Grip Row
8x6- ?

CG Row
3x8 - ?

Bent leg Calf raises (leg press machine)
3x15 - 126kg

DB curls
3x8 - 14kg's

Crunches and plank for abs

Did some random leg work as well but cant remember it all. couldnt get in the free weights room where the bars are so had to suffice with DB's and machines . Good workout otherwise. Diet was terrible over the weekend and I consumed far too much alcohol on sat night, was a very good night though

Taking my next set of pics tonight and gonna do my measurements and weight aswell.

DOH first week of cutting and ive put a pound on
12st 5lbs

Taken pictures but phone is playing up and wont let me upload them so will get them on tomorrow!

Started clen today. 20 today, 40 tomorrow and so on...

Had 40 mins 5aside football last night and was sprinting around for the full game no problem! Its amazing how much pre workout nutrition has on performance

Had 40mg clen yesterday and 60mg this morning. No sides felt yet...

Also, I managed to upload my pics from this week. They are below the first weeks pics on page one. Nothing special. Maybe in a few weeks time we might see a small change, i hope!

Cheers rack! My cut is only 8 weeks anyway cos going on holiday on the 11th june which is why im trying to cut.
Does clen make you sweat more cos i definately felt that during todays workout!

Todays Training

Various ab work and went to student gymnastics and did some swings on parallel bars and tried to lean giants on the high bar and ripped the skin on my hands

Was rather sweaty in the gym today and couldnt finish my last set of deads because there was no chalk and I just couldnt grip the bar anymore lol! Other than that, not bad! Next week might start adding weight to my chins cos I can do 8x6 with strict form and no spot.

Shouldnt be doing really but im off on a bender tonight, 2 bottles of cheap vino chilling in the fridge Toga party tonight, lets get some flesh out. If only I knew how to tie this god damn bed sheet properly lol!

Beer/Lager makes me sweet, Vodka diet cokes are fine (plus only about 50cals each)

lol, Im just a skinny boy compared to you big man!
Didnt do too bad last night, drank about 2 bottles of rose, no cramps, not even that much sweating to be honest!

When i got in I downed a pint of water with 6g taurine so im fine this morning too

Not updated for a bit. Still been training and attempting to diet with some cheeky weekend treats, not the best i know

Had my weigh in on monday and id put on another pound up to 12st 6lbs. Gonna change to weighing myself on a morning because it changes on the evening to how much water im holding.

Still on clen till the end of this week then gonna be using eph 25 for 2 weeks before clen again. Been on 120mg a day, 100mg when im working because I have to have steady hands and above 100mg and i get the shakes. sides are tolerable otherwise.

Changed my diet cos I felt I was eating too much through the day and just enough on the evening, times wernt the best and preperation was time consuming for me. Im gonna be roughly following the cutting diet in the article section here on MT. Tried it today, its cheap, damn easy to prepare and follow so gonna try and be strict with that for 2 weeks then ill reasses again because im gonna be working in london for 2 weeks out of hotels so god knows how thats gonna work out. still havent found a cheap hotel yet

Also changing training. dont enjoy only lifting only 3x week. Starting new routine monday not sure what yet though, maybe 4 day upper/lower!

On a positive note did a 1 rep max session on bench and squat today - Bench - 100kg, Squat - 155kg never done a 1 rep max on squat so was well chuffed, thats about 2x my BW!

Diets been going really well since thursday! and weight has definately changed.

Last monday night I was 12st 6lbs. But on tuesday morning I weighed 12st 2lbs so decided to weigh myself on a morning instead. This morning I weighed in at 12st bang on

Thats my 2 week of clen done anyway. Now using eph 25 for 2 weeks at 2 caps per day before going back on clen again.

Ill try and get some pics up later. apologies for the lack of pics last week. stupid phone was playing up
