God i should really start checking my journal

Cheers Rack, see your still getting on well!!

Sorry to everyone I was doing the nymjam cutting thing with Ive been up and down the country with work and not able to keep my diet as spik and span as i would have liked and not had chance to keep up my cardio!! gonna have to drop out im afraid!

AJ - Im 2 weeks in, taking 5 caps on non training days and 6 on training days. End of second week just noticing increased vascurlaity which I was buzzing about lol. I normally have a couple of big veins running vertically down my arms but when I was training I could see loads of smaller ones spanning across my bi's, shoulders and chest Also getting increased pumps and I 'look' a little bigger when training. But thats it so far, no actual mass gains and no strength.....yet! Got another 2 weeks to go

Went to the The Sci-Mentor SportsPN Classic today in Ossett. First comp ive been to, really enjoyed it, definate inspiration to get up and compete myself one day when im happy enough with my physique! I met james, hazel, kitty, Nikki, deadlift645 (well done to him again) everyone was really friendly. Nice to finally meet some other members, would love to go to a meet at some point!

Hey mate,

Great journal you have going...I'm learning a lot from reading what other people get upto in the gym I see your from Leeds, are you supporting them in the playoff final today?!!! I live in Sheffield, but work with a lot of people from Doncaster, so work will be interesting on Tuesday!!

Have you always been that lean?? I'm only jealous!!

Cheers mate, yeah I love muscletalk, learnt so much since joining!
I watched the game but wasnt really fussed. Dont really support any teams, just watch sport if its on!

And yes, ive always been this lean. To be honest I think over the years I havent eaten enough regularly which is why my progress in the mass department has been slow and steady! But not its a little better (thanks to MT again )

hellooo there. Glad you enjoyed the show particularly Rosie....there again, she is hard not to admire up there. Only the second time I've seen her and the last time that was back stage.....was quite amusing looking at the rest of the girls faces in the same line up as her, I was glad I was doing physique LOL!!

Looks like the NPA show in Yorkshire is going to be pretty good. I shan't be going. Hubbie doesn't enjoy comps and I'm dragging him to quite a few this year as I have to do my bit for my sponsor now. So I'm hoping to get to all the BNBF shows as I've made many friends there now so it's a good chance to catch up with everyone. If you can get over to Southport next weekend it's the Nabba Britain and is usually an absolute cracking show. Worth the trip even if only for the prejudging.
