I am 30, 1.82 and 80 kilos sorry i have no idea about imperial units goal bulk and lose a bit of the belly 7.00 am 50gr oats 2 scoops whey protein 1 banana multivitamins 10.00am 1 meal replacement 13.00 120 g cooked brown rice 200g tuna in brine 1 apple or one pear multivitamins 16.00 2 scoops of whey 2 hands full of nuts and seeds workout 20.00 -21.15 three days a week weights Not sure of what to do pre and post workout, not sure about BCCA and omega three oils and all that 22.00 200 gr tuna 200 g vegatables 23.00 2 scoops of whey cheers

you cant bulk and lose belly, put you can gain muscle and lose your belly, i lean bulk. bulk winter, cut summer. through the day its fine, but id have some eggs for breakfast to. if your working out that late, you want to be having your diner at 17.00, your tuna and veg, with potatos, pasta or rice il amend it for you

here it is amendments to your diet 7.00 am 50gr oats 3-4egg whites 1-2egg yolks, (cooked healthy, not in fat) 2 scoops whey protein (if you want or have more egg whites) 1 banana multivitamins 10.00am 1 meal replacement 13.00 120 g cooked brown rice 200g tuna in brine or meat veg (if you can) i dont really 15.00 banana or orange protein shake nuts and seeds 1700 200g meat veg carbs, rice, pasta or potatos workout 20.00 -21.15 three days a week weights 21.30 protein shake half hour before bed cottage cheese or eggs dont need to supplement aminos, you get it from your food and from your protein shake if is a good one. if your new to training i wouldnt recomend supplement anything extra than i said, because you wont need it at this stage as you will be gaining loads in your first two years of training with that kinda diet you will help lose fat, and gain muscle as you got enough protein and the right kinda carbs doesnt matter if you cant eat the exact things at the exact time, i cant. take a look at my journal. do one yourself so we can see you progress

I am all confussed it that thing of the fish oil and all those things what you mean by assisted? to be honest with you fish oil and that i dont take anything, il eat oily fish once or twice a week. other people to supplement cod liver oil, and omega 3 etc, but cant really give advice on that, i did take cod liver oil tho when i was training for the marines as my knees where giving me sh** running on roads, that seemed to help them
