Big Thanks Eddie i'll have a read over it when i get back from the gym chest and tri's tonight.

Would you say its a good diet to follow how's your mood on it?

for me its a good diet as i was having issues controlling my binge urges and the refeed allowed me to indulge them once a week with no detrimental issues

I have seen people on wannabebig who run this diet to get to single digits natty, you need to be 10-15% to start with to use it as its harsh

my mood after the carbup is fine, but when i was depleting i felt like crap and held a bit of a shorter fuse, but its only 3.5 days of pain for 1.5 days of joy and 2 odd days of awesome training and rest

You train 4 times a week on the plan and rest 3 days a week, 4 meals a day is normal and meals can be repetitive but i find it easier to follow than carb cycling, not as much planning

i did however walk into the lat pulldown machine my head was that hazy yesterday

Not bad mate, lost 10lb in the 4 weeks. 1/2" off the waist. Just started cutting my carbs a little this week. Ive tried carb cycling, couldnt handle it, binged to much on it lol!

This is my current diet, this is lowish carbs for me!

7am
100g oats with water splash of milk
40g whey with 2 tble spoons of ground flax seeds
10x fish oil caps

10am
100g brown basmatti rice
170g chicken
10ml sauce (ketchup or other)
10ml EV olive oil

1pm
same as 10am

4pm
same as 10am

4.45pm
train/cardio

6pm
120g tuna
100g of Baked potato
Large salad

8pm
120g of salmon
100g of Baked potato
Large salad

10pm
250g Fromage frais with sweetner.

Also doing 4-5 hours SS cardio a week & HIIT 3x a week. Hard work but its slowly coming off

Had a little blow out this weekend so i've got 4 hard weeks now till the next little blow out. going to up the cardio now.

Thanks Eddie, I going to hit it really hard for 4 weeks now upping cardio now i want to see a big drop in BF over the next few weeks.
