| iaink -> Iain K's Powerlifting (Apr. 15 2008 15:47:53) | I am enjoying posting on MT and post on a few training logs here so have decided to put my log on here as well as sugdenbarbell and powerandbulk. I am an unequipped powerlifter currently lifting in the 90kg class for both BWLA and BDFPA. The sunday before last I lifted in BDFPA unequipped finals placing 2nd, whilst I am also the BWLA unequipped champ at 90kg (held last sept). My best lifts are 230kg squat, 142.5kg bench press (gym pb 150) and 260kg deadlift with a best total of 632.5kg. The next comp on the horizon is the EDFPA unequipped champs which will be held on 21-22nd of june near Dublin. I also have a gym comp in may which will contested by floor to overhead anyway lift and deadlift. Beyond that there will be my entry into equipped lifting, probably at my BWLA divisonals in the autumn. I just wanted to clear the cobbwebs from a weeks hols to Egypt that I got back from on monday. Tomorrow will be the start of my real training cycle for Euro's with some deadlift training. |
