Wot are your measurements?

Martin has competed a fair few times, how do you compare to him? He is lighter then you isn't he?

Some nice separation in your quads considering you do not do a alot directly to them.

lol, its hard to say ive got the typical mindset that everybody is bigger, but i think we are around the same size.

Im not 100% sure about measurments atm as i stopped taking them a while back, but something around

calfs 16.5"
quads ~24"
waist ~33"
chest ~43/44"
round my delts ~50"
arms ~15"

Thanks mate!

I did used to do a lot for them though, its only recently i've had to stop nailing them so much as my hip flexors are very dominant and get too tight and strong.
