lucky git... was so close to going there as was my second option, regret it now!

Yeah the gym is good particulary if you do a power sport or are an olympic lifter.

If it makes you feel any better mate i regret coming here and look forward to leaving.

Damn i knew someone would ask.

tbh mate im not a strong person. Slightly over a year ago i damaged my back which stopped me doing any heavy squats or deads. I moved to front squats once i could and stuck to higher reps.

Ive not pulled from the floor or done back squats since. I do front squats now but even these can cause problems as i have one leg longer than the other - this also adds to my back problems. I do some RDL's now but not going heavy.

I dont do bb bench pressing. I find dips the daddy for my chest

OHP - ive only recently started doing this lift as i never used to train delts directly (it shows) or arms for that matter. All i can do now is one arm db ohp for 6 with 30kg

dips - 6x6 +30kg
chins - 6x6 +15kg

As can be seen im weak.

Thanks a lot James!

My quad training has been difficult at times due to back problems, something i think you have experience with too.

i shall do my best!

Tom

Wow! Have been reading about your progress in your journal with a mixture of awe and envy! I think you are a real inspiration to any beginner by showing what it is possible to achieve in such a relatively short period of time if you are dedicated enough. Well done indeed!
