8.00 ( 4-6 weetabix with semi skimed milk and banna)
( 4eggs 2white 2 yoaks scrambled)
( 1 slice of wholemeal bread with peanut butter, an a apple)

11.00(Whey protein drink, rice cakes and banna) or replace whey with protein bar big 50

2.00 ( chicken,turkey,brown rice salad)

4.00 (chicken, x2 jacket potatos,salad or veg)or wholemeal pasta

6.00 (whey protein drink)

8.00 (tuna,cottage chese,brocoli x2slice wholemeal bread)

10.00 (whey protein drink with bio yoghurt,oats,strawberries)

I drink about 4-6litres ov water a day,take multi vitamins tablets each day, i have 2-4 lots of oily fish a week,and 2 lots of red meat a week.

a little more fat in my opinion, maybe a slower protein before bed

It's ok if:
1) You're eating big portions
2) You vary food choices
3) Include oily fish more often
4) Increase fruit
