Has anybody used ready-brek instead of oats as a pwo shake? Do it compare in nutrition values the same as oats?

Reason i ask is that oats are way to thick for my shaker and its a pain powdering it all up.

I pop 1kg of oats in a food blender...

Fire it up then pop the powdered oats in a tub to use whenever..

I find this easier - and much cheaper..

No problem with readybrek though if cash is not an issue

Original ready brek is just oats with some added vitamins.
I use it in shakes all the time because, as you say, it's much nicer to drink.

Buy supermarket brand though, cos ready brek is a rip off considering what it's made of.
It's usually called "morning oats" or "breakfast oats".

You cuold try buying ground almonds and adding this to your shake. Lovely IMO.
