anyone from durham.where do you train is their any decent bodybuilding gyms around mine is getting a bit annoying now full of either 13/14 year olds who sit on machines but dont actually use them or grown men who do the same with the odd set every now and then

If you are willing travel outside of Durham, there is Bodies Gym at Spennymoor. Its ran by an ex strongman who has turned to bodybuilding. A few body builders and strongmen get in and he does not entertain people who are not serious about training.
