most people are either doing sscv work or HIIT work to loose fat however ime i have lost most fat when i just go for a half an hour run where i really push my body..... however i have read on here that this type of running can be very catabolic, so how can i fuel it for fat loss only?

SS cardio is not catabolic you can do it anytime in the day where it will be fuelled from food youve eaten during the day or in the morning on an empty stomach

if high intensity works stick with it cataboli worries are unfounde unless at the latter stages a couple of glasses orange juice have fuelled me well in the past

Regaurding fuel for workout sessions, if doing morning cardio do we need to eat a few hours before we do cardio or can we just eat then jump on the bike. If the latter, we're hoping to avoid muscle loss by hoping we have some stored energy already right(glycogen in the muscles)? As the food we just eat for breakfast is not going to be digestd in the 2minute walk to bike is it.

i think morning cardio should be sscv otherwise some quick liquid carbs will help if you take em 20 mins -half an hour before
