At the moment no more than 25 mins at a go, 5 minutes warm up and 20 mins training, 4-5 times a week. I feel stronger and fitter for it as well. This strength training isn't the only training I do though.

ORIGINAL: JohnOvManchester About 2 hours... but I am not exactly getting a shift on but I am training very intensely and chatting to people There is a small social side to my training, seeing gym mates etc Finding out who's nailed the new receptionist blah blah blah There was a time I would be in and out in 45 mins but I enjoy it more now and probably don't seem so arsey. About 2 hours as well, usually just a shade under, though with a bit of chatting can be 2 hours solid. I'm not sure what people do in 1 hour exactly, seems like nothing! Based on the pics from this site it seems like people do the easy routines. MM

Usually 2hrs in the gym, and usually around 3hrs on events on Sundays.

Total 10min 30 secs - inc DB... as above - fly machine... as above - fly cable tops position... as above - fly cables bottom position... as above - machine chest press finisher... triple drop set 6 exercises x 10.5min = 63min Plus 5min to set up each exercise and talk to people x 6 exercises = 30min Total = 1h 33min and thats without warm up sets, streches, waiting for machine or whatever So you can see there normally I am anywhere between 1 and 2 hours depending on how it goes, who stops to talk etc etc 45min is not enough for me to get the same volume... I used to train with an abbreviated routine but it wasn't as good for me personally
