When I haven't got much time on my hands to cook i will just grill some chicken breast which has normally a Nandos marinade on top and stir fry some veg in olive oil. Again for convienance alot of the time I just buy the packs of stir fry so its super quick and easy and tastes really nice too. Also omelettes are really easy and you can chuck in chicken and veg etc

i always have olive oil before bed with chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, eggs and ive got some friends who have som caseine/whey before bed with a spoonful of olive oil (i dont like, bt if u dont mind go for it) the fat is suposed to make the protein you eat to be slowly released through your sleep

I think what he was saying that if you eat 10g of carbs then it wont be stored as fat, but if you ate 100g then some would be stored as fat!! I just mix some olive oil in some milk with inflavoured whey and then add some milkshake powder depending on the flavour i'm craving!
