I do my own Push/Pull/Legs, with a mixture of reps depending on the exercise (4x6, 3x8, 2x8, 2x10, 1x20).

Chest - 6
Back - 10
Traps - 2
Legs (Quads/Hams/Mix/Calves) - 6 / 3 / 1 / 4
Shoulders - 5
Abs - 2
Biceps - 2
Triceps - 3
